I think thereās supposed to be a vote. Wish @Rizla81 would have stuck around. He had a ton of potential and no fear of taking ridiculous amounts and varieties of AAS. Not that Iām encouraging that⦠I just wanted to see what he could have done. That dude had some shoulders on him!

My marker for really lean now is the bump just under my right second ab. Itās a little bit of scar tissue if got when I was 16. Running full speed playing capture the flag in the dark. Didnāt see the barbed wire fence and it stopped me dead in my tracks. Stupid barb poked through my jacket and all my clothes layers. Haha, now I love that little guy
The answer is terribly simple and terribly complicate; lifting, running, perfect eating. Do this for the needed time and the spell is complete. I have 5 years of weight training on my back and 15 years of intense, high level soccer training. Every time I try to bulk I end by getting fat, But also, every damn year, in my cut phase, I focuse 100% of myself in eating perfectly, without any binge. Thatās why I look so lean.

Whilst I think @jackolee is a better finished product. I think @raoh1990 is more of a transformation.
