Official 2019 T-ransformation Announcement Thread

Dang it, you got me. Upon further review, I made that mistake on two of my three photos in my log. I need to upgrade my photo editing program on my phone.

I’m basically a slightly more blurry, pinch and zoomed version of last year. A little less lean, but weighing 195 on an empty stomach post training. Pants still huge in the waist, quads seem smaller, upper body seems thicker but not much visually different. Weight gain has always been an issue, so any positive non fat growth is a huge plus for me.

Today I weighed in at the exact same weight as the day I took my ā€œbeforeā€ pic so yeah it’s going great.

I’ve ended my cut but I went from 81-82ish down to a pretty lean 75.5kg. I didn’t have much more to lose from there without really having to suffer and I just wasn’t prepared to do that as it would have started to negatively impact my training goals too

Alrighty folks I’m turning in my photos cause I’m about to go to Vegas. Didn’t get much leaner, but I did end up making some strength gains while dropping down in weight. I also have gotten into Olympic lifting, so all in all, I’m pretty happy. Everyone’s done some great progress so far, congrats guys.

Selling yourself short here dude, you got way leaner and you also look bigger, meaning you put on mass too. This is the dream for bros everywhere. Good job.

Notes: I think I’ve done pretty well. I didn’t change my diet at all (other than the ā€œbeforeā€ being closer to the holidays). I follow 531 or Dan John programs, and take fish oil and vitamin D as my supplements. I use whey protein, but no specific workout formulas or supplements.

Done. Sorry for the different lighting. It was raining and grey this morning so there was no sunlight through the window.

210 to 191, which is a couple pounds less than I’ve gotten in these challenges, so that’s cool. Dealt with some gnarly tendonitis the first few months that threw me for a loop, so I’m even more surprised. I’ll update my log on Tuesday with the pics and whatnot. (Literally running out the door in a few minutes for a long weekend).

This year has definitely had some killer transformations. Great work to everyone who saw it through start to finish.

I think your shoulders are much more defined now. It looks like the lateral delts are a lot more visible. Nice progress
