Here is a little transformation update. Body weight was 81.8kg (180 lbs), started at 87.8kg 10 weeks ago, so losing 600grams a week (1.3lbs). Tonight was the end of my second hypertrophy block whilst being on a calorie deficit. Photos taken in the shame shitty light. Front and back. [image] [image] Bad light and bad poses !!
