Thanksgiving went something like this for me:

With hip surgery Dec 20th I’m wondering what’s going to happen to me. I usually lose weight when I’m sidelined but I’m going to try to implement 5/3/1 on machines!
I’m in, but can’t tag my log. I’ve tried multiple times, on laptop and phone.
Looking to recomp, I guess? End of January I start prepping for a meet so I’ll be looking to pack as much muscle into 198 lbs on my 5 9’ as possible. I’m sitting around 203 lbs right now and not super lean but not chubby AF either.
I’m planning on ingesting 4 clenbuterol tablets a day for 6 weeks, then injecting 2mls of Tren EOD for the remainder of the challenge.
In all seriousness, I’m pre-empting starting the challenge around 125kg, if I can get to 108kg by the end I’ll be largely satisfied with my efforts
May as well start a thread in Pharma telling people what your cycle is going to be and state that you have been training for 8 months but you know exactly what you are doing
Don’t forget “my training and nutrition are on point!”

I’m just going to try to lock down consistent lifting/conditioning and eating habits and let the magic happen.
I feel best with either higher rep/metabolic range lifting or speed/CAT type lifting, but without the consistency neither really maters.
And avoiding donuts. I miss the days of being able to burn through a dozen krispy kremes under the guise of just needing more calories.
For me it’s pretty simple. Drink less booze and eat less shit. It does wonders for my body composition, mostly snacks and beers are what get me. I’m also looking to move to a 9-5 job instead of night work and I’m optimistic this will have a positive effect on my sleep and therefore everything else.
Feeling like I’m making some gains at the moment, so my challenge will most likely be to stick to this programming which is working haha
Think I’m gonna try a bro-split this time and see how it goes.

I woke up at 197 today. I haven’t worked out in 2 weeks, and I’m planning to start my prep for my next show today. So I’ll probably go ahead and take my ‘before’ pictures tonight at the gym, since this is probably the worst shape I’ll be in for the foreseeable future, lol.
Haha, I wish! That is Yury Belkin and Cailer Woolam, both powerlifting freaks. I just pulled the pic from another thread on here showing the look I would be happy with as long as strength keeps climbing.
