With the wide shoulders and small waist plus lats that look like they’ve been bolted onto him, I reckon Cailer Woolam could have been a great bodybuilder.
I’m in, all about the bulk this year though. I lost a decent amount of weight last year and got leaner than I had ever been, but I was not happy with my end physique. The mind fuck of feeling small and realisation that I need much more mass to look like I still lift at lower body fat levels left me with only one option, a long mass building phase.
I’m looking at coming in over 30lbs heavier than my last year’s after pic. I’m already well on my way to achieving this. This was last year end pic…

As you can see, I’m already as big as him. Maybe his rear delts are slightly bigger but I think that’s lighting, Photoshop and I’m not sure he is natty!
Feel free to come look at my log, it’s not the most exciting but I update my game plan every now and again and keep track of what’s working and what’s not.
So the goal for the end of this transformation, be as close to 85kg as I can without looking like a fat shit.

YES! Love the Bloodsport throw back, one of my favorite movies of all time. I actually had the ending fight scene on a video playlist I would watch before my shows to get psyched up, along with various tunes. Looking good!

Ya know, if I didn’t have a show coming up Jan 20, I might have been able to ‘let myself go’ a bit. I honestly thought I looked out of shape in these pictures anyway, I can definitely look better. My legs have like zero definition right now.

If I end up doing this one, it’s going to be a way different process than last year. I’m about as lean and light as I ended the previous one. Either I’d have to try to gain some size or get really shredded.
Would it be cheating to do a first ever cycle? Hah.
you’re in the same boat as me then. My goal is pretty much ‘both of those things’. I’m definitely starting with a strength/size phase. I’m pushing my weight up to 210 at least, and I’m going to fucking stay there for awhile. Ideally, I’ll have to put on some fat to get to that bodyweight quickly, but when i adapt to eating to maintain that weight, I feel like I should be able to slowly recomp. Depending on how that goes, I could either spend the last 2 months of the comp getting legitimately shredded, or just keep on with the recomp. I’ve been considered a BB show next summer to coincide with this competition. So it will mostly depend on that.
