I’ve learned to split my leg days into hip-dominant and quad-dominant to really see a difference in adding mass to my naturally skinny legs.
I would like to try Myostat.

thing i have learned: Clean and Jerk and/or the Snatch with barbell makes you huge. they make you look massive(shoulders get bigger, back gets bigger, hey even penis gets bigger - they are that amazing). they make you stronger overall and even at basic weight, they give you a great fealing.
MAG-10 for me, thank you.
Mag-10 would be my choice.
Growth plateaus can be over come by maintaining work levels and lowering the calorie intake below maintenance levels for a couple of weeks. Upon returning to normal calorie intake, the body will overcompensate and overshoot the plateau.
You will never look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
hot rox.
I’ve learned that by simply sticking to whole foods instead of pre-packaged and frozen meals, it can make all the difference when trying to cut fat, gain muscle, or do both at the same time. I’d like some Vanilla Low Carb Grow.
Shoes…
My cardio is running, sprinting and the usual jogging…
My tip is, if you can, invest in a really great pair of running shoes if running is your cardio buzz!!!
Do not run with cheap shoes… shin splints, bad knees… etc… na-uh!! Go to a few shops, listen, learn and try on heaps of running shoes and spend the cash for a VERY GOOD pair.
Then every season, buy a new pair. Depending on the amount of klms your shoes can specifically take of course. I buy new shoes every 3 months!
Great shoes equals great sprints and runs, for me.
Hot Rox for me please Sir.
Thanks,
Chessie…
This is an interesting tip because it goes against bodybuilding dogma:
to make my calves grow, I had to train them twice a week. I always trained them once a week, because I was worried about overtraining. I trained them for 30 minutes on leg day, and nothing. After I started training them 2 times a week, 30 minutes each, they immediately started growing, and it was noticeable in less than a month.
I’m also applying that to my biceps/triceps, and they are responding better. You could say that I’m training them 3 times a week, because of the work they get during chest/back.
My chest, back, quads, and hams seem to be fine with once a week.
In short, don’t be afraid of overtraining, and try to see if more is better for you.
I would like to try MAG-10!!!
Use a training log. If you don’t know where you’ve been, and you don’t know where you are, you won’t get to where you want to be.
I’d like to try Mag-10, please. Thanks.
While doing chin-ups, be sure to let your elbows come forward on the descent. This takes pressure off of the small elbow flexors, and distributes emphasis to the larger and stronger lats.
Hot-rox pleeeeeze.
If you’re going to lift heavy, make sure you “warm-up” the CNS sufficiently, not just the muscles. This means doing one or two reps at a weight very close (or even equal) to your target weight before you attempt the full “work” set.
If I win, I’d like to try some Hot-Rox please. Thanks.
Variety is nice, but always come back to the core exercises. Squat, deadlift, bench, chin, dip, etc…
Got to try the new Mag-10. (Loved the old stuff.)
Get help with evaluating your form! Don’t assume that it’s good or bad. I thought my squat and deadlift form was bad, “corrected” it and was rewarded with an injured disc.
I’d like to try red kat.
All of the science of Training is good to follow and understand, but sometimes you just have to go bust your ass and bring it. You don’t have to spend all day at the gym, but for the time that you’re in there, bust your ass.
It would be nice to have some surge. Too young for Mag-10 and too skinny for Hot-Rox.
Don’t go to the gym to socialize… you will lose all of your intensity!
I would like MAG-10 please!
The trapezius muscle has upper, middle, and lower fibers. Only training the upper traps will inevitably lead to poor posture and an increased risk of injury. Learn to train the middle and lower traps, and you’ll be a lot better off in the long run.
Some Hot Rox would be nice, I suppose:)
Deadlifts build good forearms.
Red Cat.
epitome.
When trying to cut BF% on your first year of training, Diet and do any workout you can, but DO NOT SKIP CARDIO. You will end up losing some BF% but gain weight. ( I gained 5lbs on T-Dawg 2.0 + OWP )
I would like to try low carb grow! vanilla please
The tip that i’m offering is “go heavier or go home”, If your strength hasn’t increased since the last workout you could have done 2-things: you have waited too long or you haven’t waited long enough.
I would like to resive tribex please.
Knowledge is useless, applied knowledge is power.
Don’t overthink things and Keep It Simple Stupid.
Surge please
I found the best training tip for me was to do as much reading as I possibly can on Nutrition and Training, then walk into the gym and apply the thoeries. The most recent being Alessi’s stretching techniques. I like how they feel and it is much more time effective/safe to apply than pre-stretching.
Please send me Hot-Rox stat!
Summer approaches
