I have learned that when my bench max quits increasing, working with dumbbells for a few weeks usually jumpstarts some progress when returning to the bar.
I would like to try some Hot-rox.

I have learned that deadlifts will make you stronger in all other lifts.
I’d like to try Mag10
When lifting while wearing a sweatshirt, make sure it’s at least a size too big and cut off the cuffs with about another inch of materiel. You’ll get the benifit of a good sweat without the binding effects of tight sleeves…
Red Kat, if you please.
B.
I have learned that if your bench has stalled out, train your triceps more.
Also, if your squat has stalled out, train your hamstrings and low back more.
I’d like to try out Red Kat. Thank-you.
I have found that focusing on compound movements such as dips, pull ups, chin ups, and deadlift have really helped my forearms and biceps grow.
I think I will go for Mag-10
EAT BREAKFAST!! Lots of it! Mag-10 please
This may have been said already but my tip is that you have to listen to your body. For instance my calves won’t grow much anymore doing calf raises but they blow up doing sprints and jumping/plyometrics. I would like to try a bottle of hot-rox if I win.
DO NOT OVERWORK YOUR MUSCLES. Working out a certain muscle group for too long or too often hinders muscle growth if the muscle is not given ample time to recover.
I’ll take some Mag-10 please, thanks.
I have learnt that frequently manipulation of at least one the variables works for me e.g. any combination of different exercises, rest periods, sets , reps, tempo etc. I would like to try mag-10 please.
No matter how well you train or how hard you train, it means nothing without the proper diet. Wow, that sound like it fell right out of a self-help book.
I’d like some Tribex. Yeah, diet and training are good, but so is vitamin T.
I learned not to ignore pain, especially in the joints. Trying to work through it can lead to further, more serious injury.
I would like to try Hot Rox.
I have learned that good mornings and squats should never be neglected.
Surge please.
I have learned that theories on muscle building/fat loss go in cycles. The new is new until it’s replaced and then it’s old. The old becomes new again at some point. So, take in all you can, give it all a shot, and keep your training fresh at all times.
Some more Hot Rox would be sweet.
I would like the red-kat bottle or surge.
As for the tip; I have over the last few months learned training smaller muscles like, abs, claves and glutes ( depending on your body type they might not be an issue) to failiure the morning (if you train at night) or the night before your next heavy workout or sporting event gives these stuborn hard to grow muscles a real burn and pump. It also helps in learning how to isolate these and incorporate them better in your compound movements.
When your shoulders get old and creaky like mine, partial reps on bench press keeps me in the gym instead of injured.

If you hit a plateau with your chest, try doing weighted dips to push through.
I would like to try Mag-10.

It’s good to change up your training, but not to the point that your body does not have a chance to adapt…
MAG-10
If you want to lose fat mass - Eat less and exercise more and train heavy.
If you want to put size on while keeping fat down, Eat as much “whole” foods as you can handle and exercise and train heavy.
If you want to get as big as a house - Eat big and then some more and Train heavy.
Biotest Surge please, If I win.
My calves don’t grow that easily. A friend recently suggested this, and it works great. On a smith machine (I only use them for calves) put one plate on each side, and do as many reps as you can (but stop by like 30), add a plate to each side, and do as many reps as you can, keep doing this until 4 plates on each side, and on the last one do it until you can’t move your legs at all. Then, go back down to no plate (as many reps as possible, until you can’t move while you are going down). It also works well on seated calf. I would like some Hot-Rox
Protien and Carbs ( surge or the like) during and after working out is key to success in building muscle and recovering"
Mag-10 plan for success please =-)~
