I have discovered that doing good mornings from suspended chains 36 - 40" from the ground is a very effective move to develop your deadlift.
I’d like to try the new mag-10 if I win.

I have learned that as CW suggested training a the same body part 3-4 times a week does work. Hit it breif and go home. Attack the body from a slightly different angle each workout, be it different reps, speed, weight, movement.
Gotta go with the Mag 10.

All methods work for a while. Find what works for you and throw the rest out. Tribex would be interesting to try.
I have learned all people need to train to what their body reacts well to. Like I have to train my legs respond much better when I split up my leg workout over 2-3 sepperate workouts instead of craming it all into one, this helps in terms of both strength and size increase.
I would like to try Mag-10 if I win.
Train smart, GET BIG.

I found out that I can get another rep or 2 when benching if I squeeze the bar.
Mag-10 wlways helps and is my choice.
my tip is in regards to hitting a plateau on the bench press. Try to take a week off and with about 3 days to go put 35% of your 1rm and do as many reps as possible in good form. after the next 3 days do your regular chest workout and you should be able to throw a few more pounds or at least a few more reps. Works for me but I only do this about 2 times per year. So give it a shot and see what you think.
The supplement I am dying to try Mag 10. thanks mikek
Here is a tip to get rid of those pesky 140lb 18 year old kids that bother you between sets asking for training advice:
Tell them:
“Go over to the power rack and squat 225lbs 100 times. It worked for me!”
Now, if they do attempt this, they will either snap their knees and back or their legs will be fried to a nice crisp…either way they will not be able to walk over to you and ask you for more advice.
No problem solved, T-man style!
Infuse me with soem MAG-10!
Heavy weight, low rep strength programs preserve LBM better than the higher rep stuff when dieting.
Mag 10 please.
I have learned that good mornings help keep my back stable during squats. Tribex would be nice.
Ive learned that no matter what your income is for weight training equipment you can always get creative and find a way to get what u want, home made medicine ball made with a soccer ball and sand as an example.
id like to try some red kat
When doing dips, use a slight forward lean to emphasize the pecs and straight up and down for more emphasis on the triceps. I would like Mag-10
ive learned that bringing up the posterior chain is the key to explosiveness in most sports. so do your deads, goodmornings , and glute ham raise’s…oh hot rox btw
The combination of strengthing my posterior chain and working on explosivenes with squats hot of the whole and cleans have dramatically increased my vertical jump
Hot-Rox please!
I’ve found that although some people claim explosive strength can be built by intending to move the bar fast, it really helps to add some lighter weight, higher speed movements. This is mostly for the athletes.
I’d like MAG-10
proper form, proper form, proper form…
… wait a minute, that’s three tips.
HOT-ROX me.

When you have an injury, and we all will sooner or later, it’s better to rest and recover than push through the pain. Being out for four days for a muscle pull is much better than 4 weeks, 4 years, or 4 ever. Take time and recover. I desparately need some surge if I win.
I have learned that the best way to train biceps and triceps is with heavy chin/ups and dips/bench presses. Forget the isolation exercises.
Mag10 Por Favor. ![]()
Find joy in training. If you have to change routines every workout, drop exercises that you hate, try different programs, find a good partner, or drop a poor one…whatever it takes, make your training joyful, and the results secondary. It’s what will keep you consistent over years.
Hot Rox please
I’ve found that I’ve gotten the best hypertrophy results when I’ve upped my frequency to training a muscle group twice or three times per week. If I am chosen to win this, I would like a bottle of MAG-10. With that I should be able to up the frequency even more!
Good luck to all, and keep the tips coming!
In my training I’ve found that squeezing the bar (visualize 'crushing" the bar)really helps on all lifts.
I would like to try the BIOTEST HOT-ROX.
