Tip: when squating place two plates under your heals and squat as low as possible to bring up the inner thigh muscles.

I’d like to try Surge.

I have learned that attitude is a major factor in meeting goals.

Hot-Rox please

The key to developing a ball like appearance in your upper arm, is to focus on heavy hammer curls. Peak will also be added to the bicept area. Preacher curls are ideal to lengthen the bicept.

The ‘Anabolic super stack’ is my choice!

Don’t go to work until your mind is ready.
TRANSLATION:
Don’t step into that squat rack, lie on that bench,or pick up that weight, until you are ready to FUCKING ATTACK THE WEIGHT!!!

When you’re done with the set, put the weight down and walk away. Don’t go near it till your ready to go to work again.

If you could send me the money for some MAG-10, so I can afford my groceries. I would much appreciate it.

I found that if I grip my penis really hard during masturbation it really works the forearms well. I’d like to try Mag 10 to help me get more robust and flavourful erections.

Variety is the spice of life! Sometimes the best change-up in your workout is to forget the weights.

I put 20 lbs on my squat in 2 months by playing basketball 4 times/week and squatting only once per week. (this is with a workout age of 10+ years).

But I still can’t dunk, so I’d like to try Hot-Rox!

To improve my bench I began doing a really heavy half rep 5 sets of 5. You can normally do about 25-50 lbs over your normal max this way and it will increase your explosive power and your bench press max.

I would like to try hot rox!

If you want to jump high snatch

Here’s my tip,

I’ve learned that a proper warm-up with some neurological style finishers (sprints/bounds/etc) is a big help before doing Olympic lifts. If on the off chance you pick me out of the hat I’d like some Surge please.

Keep a daily journal. Include exersizes, weights, reps & cadence. Additionally included calories & caloric break down (P+F+C). Benchmark progress against yourself over time. Use your progress to spot weaknesses in your body, diet and routine.

I would like to try Power Drive.
