Hello Mr. Penis outline!
In all honesty I missed that the first time I panned by that picture, so thanks for that Way.

I missed it the first time, too. Why are you doing this to us, Waylander? [/quote]

Yeah, awesome thread. Gives one new inspiration while in the middle of an uncomfortable and miserable bulk cycle.
lol
love the of off-season bodybuilders pics
I’ve never felt so small in my life.
Screw the V-Diet, I want to know what the hell is this guy eating??
As big as a House.
Changing direction, can’t leave out the girls. And we rarely ever see pictures of them in the offseason - looking their best in my opinion!
Andrea Trent

Bulking built these shoulders! Damn.

i was talking to this guy last week his training haha, his back and arms are incredible
Offseason Branch Warren. 5’7, 270lbs.
From a Flex magazine article:
“I eat about a pound and a half of steak every day, all the way up until the day of a contest,” Warren states. “In fact, I was eating steak right up until the Arnold this year.”
…
A firm believer in the benefits of animal protein, Warren also takes in two to three pounds of chicken each day, preferably breast meat, which is both lean and nutrient-rich. In addition, he eats 10 to 20 egg whites per day, plus two yolks. He often starts his day with at least 10 of those eggs, along with a cup and a half of oatmeal. After breakfast, though, it’s often catch-as-catch-can when it comes to his meals.
…
Far from being carb shy, he enjoys pasta, rice and potatoes, even pancakes. “Without some carbs, you’re not going to have much energy,” he asserts.
Warren also sees little need to refrain from indulging in a salty fatty treat every once in a while, even if it’s every 24 hours or so. “I probably eat some kind of junk food almost every day. Not a whole lot of it, but when you’re trying to feed a 270-pound body, you sometimes take calories any way you can get them,” he says.
…
“I never liked vegetables as a kid,” admits Warren, “so I never got into eating them as an adult. But I make sure to get all of my vitamins and minerals in supplement form.”

Feel free to share what you guys talked about if you like.
Keep the pictures coming but I’d also like to see whatever info you guys have on their offseason training, and especially their offseason eating (how they really eat, not the recommendations they give to the magazines!)
Newbies should be given an accurate impression of what it really takes to build up this size in my opinion.
I know Ronnie loves his pizza in the offseason lol

Hes a national competitor and his alst comp was about 200 people in all the classes comb and one person got their pro carb. What is unreal is that he said hes very far away from being pro which is nuts because hes a tank and a half haha
