Off cycle fat loss workout ideas

Came off Test Cyp/Var in July. PCT went well. Not gonna start up again until Nov.

Inhaling protein, progressive overload training. Walking 15-20 miles a week in 4-5 mile increments. Occasionally run for short intervals. Spin class 2 times a week, 45 min intervals.

Need fat loss workouts. Thinking HIT with sprints, hills and/or some compound movements. Any ideas appreciated.

You dont need fat loss workouts, you just need to eat right.

An hour of cardio might burn 500 cals if you’re really putting in work.
You can eat that in 5 minutes.
