October Surprise!

I believe they mentioned something about a possible bank holiday on CNBC. It may last a single day (say, Columbus day)

It was referring to Europe. At least when I heard them talk about a bank holiday they were referring to Europe.

If it is a planned holiday, your prediction does not count. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years - or Columbus Day. Those are ALWAYS bank holidays, and the debit cards and the credit cards, and the checks all still work.

Tribunaldude, you sound just as off the scanner as David Icke.

I was at the supermarket and noticed they were short of aluminum foil.

Has there been a run?

Don’t you birdbrains do your homework before attacking someone?

I have ALREADY discussed David Icke and reptilians at length in one of my threads - this thread was designed to be a quick warning but got stretched to the point where everyone is now dancing blindfolded in a circle trying to each throw a tomato at me.

There is a spine chilling nexus between that thread and this one, but that’s for another day.

For now, ask yourself -
"why would they talk about having a bank holiday in Europe?

How badly off are the brokers going to be in the given market conditions?
What happens as the number of people withdrawing their assets reaches a critical mass? - WHAT THEN?"

Aren’t reptilians supposed to have a thick skin?

Or are you a human?

Just fill in the blanks for us birdbrains…wait…does that make us dinosaurs?Since birds are the descendants of dinos and all.

That would be terrific news, because most dinosaurs were fucking hyooge!

Read my original thread and get a trial subscription to my newsletter. I will also be giving a talk on the current situation in Detroit this weekend - at the Valvoline gas station next to Meijers, Coolidge avenue, Detroit. Now git.

BAck to business - Did anyone else catch the “20 minutes of death on the DOW today?” And for you financial experts, you saw the market tanking, commodities tanking, OIL dropping, gold and silver prices dropping - NOW ASK YOURSELVES WHERE’S THE MONEY GOING!" I;m connecting the dots for you here.

Some of it’s going to me, dude. If you don’t know how to profit as a bear, you need to learn.

As the market players say, “Bulls make money, bears make money, sheep get sheared and rabbits get skinned.”

True true.
But considering the amount of short interest in the market right now, even the BEARS aren’t making a ton right now, they made their money covering as soon as the fat cows declared BK.They will make money as the DOW slowly sinks to 2000 over the course of several years.
So where’s the REST of the money headed…I’ll tell you, its going into people’s pockets in anticipation of the “banking holiday”

And the saying is “Bulls make money, bears make money, pigs get slaughtered” btw!

Nope, that’s not the saying I’m referring to. Pigs have nothing to do with it.
