Obscure Weapons We Own

2 foot lump of hard wood 2x2 that I carved a handle in, it stays within arms reach at night, heavy and brutal, wouldn’t want that sucker hitting me.

i know thier is an threat old thread about exotic weapons people train with but i was just wondering if any on else had any really obscure weapons.

i got quite a few from my grand father he had them all in his storage locker and still has a few more

in the picture im um… well you can see my footmans flail with the handle of a horsemans flail its pretty darn heavy and most definitely durable does a number on melons and old video game consoles aswell

i also have a scotch warhammer which is basically an iron tomahawk with a spike on one side and a ball hammer on the other.

i have the scotch ball and chain as seen on deadliest warrior william wallace episode (this pleased me) i throw it around in the park some times when i do plyo

on top of that i have a 15 century ray skin handled gold hilted ceremonial short sword from ireland thats been around the family forever a halberd and a battle axe. my grand father is moving to another province in a few months so i cant wait to see what else we uncover during the move[/quote]

Jesus, what kind of ghey cult are you a part of?

actually my grand father just used to be a gun and weapons collector, used to love to go into his storage locker as a kid and look for treasures. when i became old enough to be responsible he let me have some of the things i found.

but thank you for immediately slighting me based on my possessions rob

Post pics of battle axe and the halbred.

Cool.

I think you should really think this one over a bit. If these are all your grandfather’s weapons, keep them. I think you would ultimately regret trading away the memories. It may be better to add to the collection. If you are looking for a sword, they can be purchased.

Expensive, but with an excellant reputation:

Hanwei is reasonably well regarded, and much more affordable:

Cold Steel is a bit hit and miss with design quality. They do not manufacture. They contract people to build and then market the product. The CEO is also a bit off. Most of their sword designs seem to cater to the hack and slash in the backyard market. They can usually be had cheaper from a distributer.

I have no idea about weapon legalities in the land of the frozen maple leaf.
