Obama Socialism Posters

Hey, so long as you don’t want others paying for your healthcare or otherwise propping you up, and you don’t vote for politicians that want to make others pay for your healthcare etc, then that’s cool that you want to do that.

That’s what freedom’s all about.

I thought this thread was about pics? here’s my contribution…looks pretty social to me.

I don’t understand why people that have $$ should be looked upon as morally bankrupt if they feel entitled to more of their own money. It’s funny that people think because they earn less that they deserve the unconditional support of others that have a higher income level. Does that mean that we shouldn’t have safety nets such as an affordable insurance program and progressive taxes? No, but we cannot sustain monumental governmental expenses that the current government agenda will incur. We are damaging the American psyche by growing a generation that views government as a solution to all problem and the middle class is paying the price. My parents receive 40% of their paycheck after the government is done with it, get taxed twice on their investments, and pay around 55,000 in property taxes (btw we live in NY with some of the highest rates), but its still a telling tale.

Though the ideas behind the initiatives are good and novel the implementation methods are archaic; tax and spend needs to end. If we can’t even fund a “Cash for Clunkers Program” what makes us think that the government can fund a huge healthcare bill.

99% of liberals are for taxation. Why should we want to be taxed anymore than we already are? We pay enough dues, its the government that can’t stop spending money. Hell, that party is primarily responsible for the housing mess we are in(thanks to billy boy clinton for forcing banks to give loans out to people with no jobs for a house.)

The more government control we give them, the worse our lives are going to be. Sure, health care is overpriced, but the idea of health care for everyone is just going to raise taxes for everyone, making it more expensive. It does need an overhaul, but it does not need to be government controlled like Canadas system. If so, you will be lucky to get that knee surgery you desperately need now in about 6 months because other people have more serious conditions than you.

Democrats used to be for the little people, now its about snagging votes from minorities, using the media for all these years to their aid spewing lies, and using empty promises when it comes to no new taxes.

Republicans need to regroup themselves these next 3.5 years. Get back to their conservative ways rather than “moderate”, and find someone valid to run for president. In the meantime, I hope we get a more balanced Congress in 2010 and get rid of Pelosi and Reid.

communism is soooo 1987

So earning more money is and indicator of needing material BS or means I have to step on people? You go ahead and be satisfied with whaterver happens to come your way. I think THAT is bad mental health. Good luck with that.

I’d rather live fighting than in chains controlled by outside forces.

i dont recall anyone saying the poor people “deserve” the money more than the people who earned it.

the whole idea is to set up programs for people to get the ball rolling again. i dont think the president has any intentions of keeping this around forever, and at the longest he’ll be gone in 7 years although i don’t think he’s going to get re-elected at the rate he’s at. so most likely 3.

i think the idea of the American Dream is to have the sports car whilst working far less than even 40 hours a week, not 60

anyway, id like to see these new ‘green energy systems’ plants start going up. granted we probably won’t be completely oil free until there’s none left, the less we use the better especially as it means more job creation + becoming more self-sufficient.

What a mediocre way of thinking.

No, we must not try to do better. We all know it, trying to be better means being selfish! What we must do is remain tiny little human beings with no ambition. I mean, you will be so proud about having done nothing during your entire life! Working is WAY too hard anyway…

It is sad that your province is overwhelmed by that kind of mediocre attitudes, no wonder that in your province, you have the highest debts, pay more taxes and have more unemployement than anywhere (except for the atlantic regions, but they rely on wheater a lot for employement) else in Canada.

Seriously, that kind of socialist BS makes me sick.

lol. You are an idiot. I dont value myself by money and I will never work 30+ hours per week for someone else so I can afford a plasma tv.

done nothing…lol. I would rather do ‘‘nothing’’,sit home reading books and playing music than trying to make money off the market like a clueless materialistic scumbag. My time is worth more than that. Basically I am rich but I dont spend my money. T.Right now I am raising money to travel around the world. After this I am going to med school. You will still be home watching tv, spending the money from your 40+ hours/week stupid job on your car and your house.

this said I am gonna upgrade my life and post less here so I can do something more valuable

First of all, you’re assuming that the only reason we work is because we want money. “Oh! Those capitalists are so damn selfish!” That’s just stupid. People that have at least a little of respect for themselves want to contribute to society, we don’t want to be little useless consumers, we actually want to do something with our live, we are providers of wealth to the society.

Secondly, you said you were rich. Really? Daddy’s boy? It’s no wonder you hate to work so much, you had everything you wanted without doing anything. Unfortunately, when reality will hit ya, you will see that you won’t get what you want because you are a good boy and you deserve it, and that you actually have to work hard to get it.

Oh, and about med school, yeah, I doubt you’ll make it through the first year considering how you consider hard work.

hahaha. I am rich because I am so goddamn cheap. I have 10k in bank.My parent are not rich, I am rich. You can save quite a bit when your parent pay for some of your food and your school. I dont remember the last time I ate at the restaurant or buyed something just because I wanted it. 99% of my pay is going straight to my saving account.

me too I want to do something with my life. But it doesnt involve money. I dont get any satisfaction from material. I just dont give a shit.

If you want to contribute to the wealth of the society why don’t you become a communist?
Don’t try to make me believe that you want money for the ‘‘wealth of the society’’.lol.
And you say that reality hasnt hitted me. Do you really think I work so hard at school just for fun? Right now it is the vacation and I am finishing the books I will study next semester.

good night

Who said that I wanted to make money in the first place? If people work 40 hours a week, it’s not necessarily because they want money. People have goals, and they work hard in order to achieve them. It is just something that you don’t seem to understand. You seem to think that the only reason to work hard is to make money.

You also seem to look at people working hard as something “evil and selfish”. That’s just a stupid way of thinking. Do you really think that just because you have 10k in the bank and are good at school that you deserve a place in med school and will get one? Do you really think that you are entitled to that? No, you’re not. If you want it, you will have to WORK HARD. So, if you really want to get anywhere, stop bashing people that actually work.

And by the way, when I say that I contribute to society, I don’t mean getting my money stolen from me at gunpoint by the governement. I mean doing a JOB, that’s how you contribute to society, by WORKING.

Hello all. I have been a member here since 2002. I haven’t posted in all that time, not even a picture of my shoe. This is an important topic and I have something different to add than what is in the previous posts.

The political spectrum is usually talked about in terms of 'left' or 'right,' ranging from liberal to conservative. But this overlooks the more basic spectrum, and the one that is more important especially to America and Americans. All Americans, Democrat, Republican, Independent, whatever. This is the important spectrum; on one end is anarchy and the other is totalitarianism.

Our first government was founded with the Articles of Confederation. This form of government turned out to be to weak to be useful and was removed. It was to close to anarchy.

The next government was the one we are more familiar with, The Constitution of the United States of America. This government moved slightly closer to totalitarianism in the overall political spectrum, but still was centered around the idea of individual rights and liberty.

This worked well until somewhere around the 1850's. The United States was in the throes of the Civil War and this disrupted the election of Senators. Senators are elected to a term of 6 years. This is true today. Such a long term makes a Senatorial seat more valuable than a 2 year term that a Representative has, so there was more to gain from rigging a vote. Up until 1918 the Senators were elected by the individual State legislatures. This also made influencing a few legislators an attractive option for those inclined to such things. Many States were scandalized by State Legislators being bribed and blackmailed in Senatorial elections.

Ultimately, a Constitutional Amendment was passed, the 17th Amendment, that changed the election of Senators from the State Legislators to being elected by the constituents of the individual States. This removed a check on the Federal Government in the States interests were no longer represented in the Federal Government. Shortly after that the United States abandoned the gold standard for monetary policy. The ensuing years saw the New Deal, Great Society programs ect. Our Dollar has lost 96% or so of its purchasing power since then. Each one of these steps moved us further towards the totalitarianism end of the spectrum.

We are all Americans. I believe we can all agree on one thing; we don't want to live under a totalitarian form of government. I believe that we should be concentrating on how much power the Federal Government has and what its proper role is. Remember that the government can only give what if first takes from someone else. If the government can take from them they can take it from you.

If what the Federal Government takes does not ensure Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, do you really want to entrust someone that far removed from you and your neighborhood to make decisions for you that carry the force of law in your stead?

Throughout history governments have tended to be some form of totalitarian, ending only eventually in anarchy. It is very difficult to to balance a government somewhere between anarchy and totalitarianism that protects individual rights, but also protects the group. We have the longest running Republic in the history of the world.

Let’s not lose the United States of America by reducing it, and us, to totalitarianism of any sort.

Diary of a Rich White Boy

Dear Journal,

I’m just so tired…so unbelievably tired. Today I had to wake up to my fake-titted wife giving me a blow job before I undeservingly took a shower in my 10 million dollar bathroom. Not even my diamond encrusted exfoliator brought me any happiness, I knew what horrors the day held for me. Sure as a wetback is stinky…hmmm I’ll have to tell that one to the guys on golf course later this week. Anyways, that darkie that makes my breakfast had the nerve to ask for some heathen religious holiday off. I think she said something about her son’s 1st fiesta or something like that. Why the fuck does she need a day off to watch her kid nap in the afternoon?

To avoid further confrontation, and possible voodoo hexing, I ran out to my 20 car garage. I really should buy another house because I’m having to park my bikes two to a parking space. I decided to take my Hummer cause our soldiers aren’t dying in those places I can’t name so we won’t have oil. The feel of the clubbed baby seal skin used to excite me but I barely notice it anymore. I burn rubber to work making sure to cutoff all other traffic. I even didn’t signal while cutting across 4 lanes of traffic. I better stop that or I’ll turn into some slanty-eyed chink cunt.

I was detained in the parking lot at my office for 15 minutes and it was fucking inexcusable. Some fucking hippy felt like parking in my executive spot that is right next to the door. If they had apologized I might of not had them towed but I’ll be damned if some camo-wearing wheelchair jockey waving his cane at me is gonna get away with it. That fucker had the nerve to have “support the troops” stickers on his car. If he wants to support the troops he should obey the law and think about his fellow man.

The 10 feet to the office door was really unbearable so last week I ordered the skulls of conquered nations to be embedded into the walkway. It is such a satisfying crunch as I walk in…damn I’m a badass like that Kong guy…I think his first name started with a “G” but all I can think of is King Kong. I think he conquered Mongloidia.

First thing I did upon entering my office was yell into the intercom “send in my big legged secretarty with a coffee and blowjob…extra slobbery”. That helped put me in a good enough mood to go fire people. After listening to some pathetic pleas and crying I decided I’d count my money while twisting my mustache. I then just sat there wringing my hands for a good 30 minutes. I was interrupted by my secretary walking in with a bottle of KY. She took her top off and bent over my desk…must be 1 o’clock.

After finishing up at work I hopped into my turbo-jet/spaceship, that was generously bought with all the undeserving money I had obtained the past day. I flew around the World clubbed a baby seal, raped some indigenous brown people, smoked some Cubans, and killed a man while others held him for me. All in all a pretty average afternoon.

I plan on doing this all tomorrow just like yesterday…damn no wonder I’m so tired.
