I have seen alot of people mixing flax oil in with their oats and whatnot. I usually do not do this as I always suspected that the natural absorbency of the fibres would not allow for full digestion of the oils. Does this hold weight at all or am I speculating a bit much?
I’d also be interested in an answer to this question. And what about psylium husk? I usually avoid taking my flax oil with the same meal as fiber, and I’ve wondered if this is neccessary.
