But they have low gun violence rates!

Why would they need American guns (and lives) to help them?
Right? I think we should send Europe ALL of our anti-gun people. They can be happy there in a utopia of no gun violence.
Or we could just reintroduce wolves.

The only thing that is worth seeing in France are the Beaches of Normandy where thousands of soldiers lost their lives. And Omaha Beach where the cemetery is located.

I would love to hear your thoughts on what you think it’s so ideologically insane, I’m sure it’s a riot.
And to hear about pussification from a 130 kg guy who would resort to guns because some skinny fuck punched his face is amusing to say the least.

A real man uses the right tool for the job. You go ahead on use your fist to drive in that nail if you want to I’ll use a hammer. A real man doesn’t tie in the ability to physically fighting with manhood.

But a real man does take responsibility for himself and his own families defense. Carrying is a responsibility he takes on himself.

Which utopia? We do have stricter gun laws and consequently much lower gun related violence rates. That’s a fact.

Double Duce made a good point about about the probable ineffectiveness of stricter gun laws in American states that I will not disagree with. Different culture, history, situation etc. I can get down with that.

People packing over here would have no benefits whatsoever.

The leftist largely lost the gun debate, and that is why they are so rabid about it. They don’t like to lose. Hence the appeals to emotion, the hyper-politization of any tragedy, the blaming of inanimate objects for the actions of people.

The inconsistency of pro-choice people wanting to ban guns to save children is beyond comprehension…

It is all well and good really, because in the end, they don’t really want to ban guns, they just only want certain people, whom they choose, to have them. They don’t call for police to be unarmed. They ignore ANY OTHER VIOLENCE, or if a criminal shoots another criminal.

Just elitist doing the elitist thing and thinking they know better how everyone else should live. So in the end they can go to Europe or stay, I don’t really care. I’d give my life to defend their freedom to be this silly either way if I had to.

I’ve seen enough guns in my country of origin. I’ve seen a childhood friend lose two limbs after stepping on a landmine, thank you for your concern.

I also had a gun pointed to my head in my adopted country. Yes it is scary.

Being able to throw or take a punch doesn’t make you a man. Though you still must provide security for you and yours if able.

And I have firearms training and have actually patched gunshot wounds (and seen some pretty torn up people as well as dead bodies). I’ve also been threatened with a gun, though it wasn’t actually pointed at me. And it was done by the state (a cop).

I’m sorry for your friend though I’m not sure what land mines have to do with anything.

You should remember, you are safe where you are because there are people with guns in-between you and where you came from. And that your security is entirely dependent on the whims of your government and can be violated by them any time they wish or simply fail to do what they promise.

A man is defined only by his might in unarmed combat be his opponent man or beast.

Shit. Does fucking someone up on cross examination count as unarmed combat?

That is an absolutely retarded comparison. Not even remotely the same thing. If some dude takes a swing at you and you immediately draw down him because you can, you have major issues and need to reevaluate your life.
I disagree completely.

It will be situational dependent. Because I can bring you to some neighborhoods where if you didn’t draw, and expected to be “fine in a fist fight because he is so small” your “life reevaluation” would be as it flashes before your eyes, because your cold dead body will be found the next day where you “man-ed up”.

In fact, I know some grimy motherfuckers that look for people that think like you are here, and others in this thread. MArks.
I always get mistaken for an easy mark. Like that time a guy got me utterly hammered, while unbeknownst to me his buddy was waiting outside with a knife. I knew he was being way too generous with those beers.

Too bad that guy brought a knife to a gun fight. Good for both of us that I didn’t have to pull the trigger.

you ever seen the westerns: marlon brando in “One-Eyed Jacks” or alan ladd in Shane? both are in this video towards the end. Shane is my all time favorite. the other is in my top six.
