Nutrition Help for Decathlon Competition?

Hey all, I was hoping to get some community help with my track and field nutrition. I compete in the decathlon (a sport that combines 10 events over 2 days if you aren’t familiar), and I was never coached on what I should/shouldn’t do intra-event in terms of nutrition.

I basically freeballed for the past year or so with my own plans and strategies, and I wanted to review it.

Here’s the itinerary next week;

Day 1

100m - 9:20am

Long jump - 10:20am

Shot put - 12:20pm

High jump - 7:00pm

400m - 9:55pm

Day 2

110m hurdles - 9:10am

Discus throw - 10:30am

Polevault - 12:15pm

Javelin - 8:15pm

1500m - 9:20pm

I’ll be open to any food suggestions and Biotest supplement suggestions as I haven’t had the chance to order anything yet, which I will soon.

Thanks in advance.
