So this is my first attempt on getting help from an online source. I have been lifting for a couple of years now with some breaks in between (LIFE). But on a serious note I was hoping I could post my diet for the upcoming weeks and help get some critique as I am always open to new ideas/thoughts.
I currently weigh around 170-175 and I am almost 5’10. Looking to gradually clean bulk without overdoing it on the calories. I have a leaner body type but I am looking to put on serious muscle this upcoming year. I just recently have hired a buddy of mine to be my trainer and boy have the workouts been more intense and beneficial for me thus far. I look to keep up the slight progress that I have made in just in month’s time frame and seek to really add some fullness to my frame.
I appreciate all the feedback that I receive on this website for the future days to come. I will do my best to do updates, feedback, and GAINZ (hopefully) for the upcoming future.
