Nutrition for Better Hypertrophy Stimulus?

Could be a silly question, what has the most stimulus scenario as far as hypertrophy point of view:

The refeed after the training session creating the “biochemical” environment or the next day session filled and able to contract, train and perform better in a “mechanic” environment?

The rule is usually take your refeed post workout to enhance the muscle group you want to improve, but is some extent, the next day could be the day you could target the muscle without a depeletion state, isn’t it?

I guess it depends on several factor like caloric deficit and so on. But in such state I’m watching better results keeping the refeed day and change the muscle target the next day.

If so, would you even change the training focused on moderate reps, several techniques like drops, supersets or 6x6 8x8 schemes?
