How’s everyone doing, I am 20 years old 6’3 about 215lbs, I’m trying to get back into lifting and maximize my overall fitness. Can anyone come up with a basic diet for me, I don’t really have access to all those exotic foods and I have no idea how much food I should eat.
Well, I’m just gona say this, cause someone else is going to ask.

show some pictures of yourself, so we have an idea of what you look like, then maybe we can see how much carbs/fat/protein u may or may not need.
-
tell us what you are currently eating.
-
Lifts? and I’m sure somebody is gona say “wheels??” so, include squat numbers and please do not lie bout lifts. The more honest you are, the better.
-
Also, any other things, like previous injuries, bla bla bla.

In general, stop eating fried crap, and eat more “whole” foods.

the zone diet is a good place to start. good food need not be ‘exotic.’ a good way to do it is stay out of the aisles at the market. the edge of the grocery store has fresh foods like meat, eggs, dairy and produce.
as far as specifics go, that is up to you body comp and goals.

what exotic foods?
meat, eggs, veggies, fruit, rice, sweet potatoes, Natty PB, olive oil, fish oil.
try those instead of all the exotic ones you don’t have access to.
