Nutrition Facts of an Avocado?

what are the macro’s of these things.
I thought one whole avg. sized avocado had like
100 cals, 10 grams of fat but now I’m hearing its more like 200-300 and 20-30 grams of fat?
True?
btw: google sucks for searching avocado macros/
