Nutrition During Post-Surgery Lay Off

well i am out of training for a while because i am recovering from acl recon. just wanted to hear some of your ideas about how i go about nutrition during this lay off. obviously i will eat clean and often but was looking for other tips that might help.

another question was regarding glutamine. was wondering if i should purchase this cuz heard that it helps with recovery. was thinking of adding in into my bcaa’s which i take beetween meals. should i purchase glutamine? what other vitamins or supp would help?

i am currently doing this…
wake up at 8 - bcaa (5-10g)
9am- breaksfast
12pm- bcaa
1230-1pm- lunch
330- bcaa
4-430 another meal
7- bcaa
730-8 dinner
1030-11 pre bed shake
i also take vit c and d, multi vit, fish oil, glucosamine

how can i improve this? should i continue with bcaa? add glut?
also, how do i go about knowing my caloric needs while im not training?im 5’6 160lbs 10-12%BF
