I am new to the world of nutrition and i was wondering if anyone knows any good books
Depends on what you are looking for. Nutrition for a endurance athlete is not the same for a body builder or 40yr old diabetic. Since you’re on this site I’m guessing you’re looking for sports nutrition.
Here’s my list.
-Power eating
- Nutrition Timing
- Paleo for Athletes
-150 healthiest foods
-Martial arts nutrition
-Athletes Plate
It would be really helpful if you could state what it was exactly you were wanting to learn. Nutrition is a big field.

Muscle, Smoke and Mirrors by Randy Roach. It’s practically an encyclopedia about the history of the sport of bodybuilding, but the underlying premise/recurring theme is bodybuilding nutrition from the 1800s to the 1960s.
Also check out these older threads that’ve answered your question already. If the same books pop up over and over again, that says something:
I second Power eating by Susan Kleiner.

I agree. Great Book.
If you can’t grow it or kill it, don’t eat it.
