Hey everybody, I’ve been lurking on the cite for awhile like a lot people and have decided to finally start using the great resources here. I’ve been lifting for awhile, but never really training for any goals. After reading a lot of Jim Wendler, Dan John, and Martin Rooney’s stuff, I’ve decided to start lifting seriously. For starters, I was hoping I could get some advice on my diet. I haven’t been eating this much in the past but will start tomorrow. Thanks for any help.

I currently lift three times a week and do TKD three times a week. I am using 5/3/1 because I’ve made good gains in the past and it does leave me too sore for TKD. The TKD practices aren’t too strenuous.
GOALS:
To be bigger and stronger. TKD is not something I compete in and I’m am worried about weight or size for it.
DIET:
