I was doing my Waterbury’s TTT program today (got his MR book and following the muscle mass program, so i’m done with ABBH).
Anyways, i was doing 2x24 40lb curl(its a bar) and my right hand went numb on my 2nd set about 12th rep. problem? I did about 8 more reps and stopped, numbness went away immediately.
i have partial tear in my right wrist, but lifting has helped me a ton to cope with it, and my blood circulation perhaps has gone done a bit due to damage? and maybe icing it directly(ice on skin) sometimes back when i didn’t know it was bad? just guesses…, maybe something else completely.
