NPP and Anavar with Test Cycle

Hello so im on test e 300 weekly look at starting npp and anavar any feed back.

nope, not really… all depends on how you look now, or what are your best lifts… without knowing anything it is hard to give any feedback… npp and anavar both are steroids, so… yea… thats all.

gotta agree with @hankthetank89

No info from you means we cannot give feedback. What are your goals? What is your current training/nutrition/sleep habit? Current stats? How much did you plan to use and for how long?

Npp at 100mg eod and 20mg anavar ed cut fat and keep muscle mass. Training is leg one day, day 2 chest and triceps, day 3 back and biceps, day 4 shoulder calf and abs, day 5 legs 2 day to off can do anything 30 minutes cardio everyday

how long have you been on the 300mg test cycle?

We still don’t have any info about your body composition. You may not need lots of anabolics to keep whatever size you have while cutting fat. You’ll likely be able to keep most muscle at just 300 mg test

I have been on for 3 weeks now im 230 now looking at hitting 195 200. i eat oats and whey protien first meal chicken and broccoli 3 hours later and so on so on consist of lean turkey and chicken steak and rice dinner tome 5 meal. If you need anything else i can i let you know just curious one what people think?

I would want to know your body weight, age, and how many years you have been lifting weights.

What are your max lifts in the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift, along with how many pullups (or chin-ups) you can do? If you don’t do singles, give me how many reps you can do with the most weight you use (I’ll calculate your max single).

Without that information I would never recommend any AAS strategy.

I’d think that’s overkill to just cut fat and retain muscle. Unless you’re in one helluva calorie deficit. Test and maybe a little Var is all you’d need

Not really related to this topic but since NPP being discussed could you pin NPP every 3rd day and keep your blood levels good or does it need to be an every other day pin

this is nothing, man… anyone can be 230, it does not tell us anything… a picture, or lifts or something that actually tells us how those 230 look like…
anyways, judging by the fact you dont even know what information to provide while seeking advice or comments, tells me you should just stick to low dose test for a few years… people who know their shit would have started the thread much different than you did.

i would do EOD… actually, i would do EOD almost anything for convenience sake and not to fuck up on different days for different stuff.

I gleaned as much as I could from your responses to others’ questions. I’m missing a lot of info, and assuming several things below. So, forgive me if I’m way off target. Here’s what I can offer you:

  1. I’m assuming you are slightly above average FFM and the 33 lbs (230-197) is fat. That’s a LOT of fat. It will take you quite a while to lose all that. I’d plan a slow and steady cut. A mini-cut will not do the trick here. I’m actually doing the slow steady thing, myself, at the moment. Several weeks in and things are going well - much better than when I tried to do a hard, fast cut.

  2. Keeping #1 above in mind, you’ll want a drug strategy that you can run more long-term. 300 Test/350 NPP/140 Var is not that. Yes, you could run these doses long term, but the combo places a moderate strain on your body that is just not necessary for your current goal. I personally love NPP, but not during a diet. It causes me to hold water under my skin and my urges to binge eat become uncontrollable on it. I also experience massive drops in blood sugar levels when I try to diet on it (I’ve verified this with my son’s glucometer). And var is an oral, so not suited to long-term use. How’s the 300 TE treating you? Are you experiencing water bloat, lethargy, fatigue from it yet? Some do, some don’t. If you have 33 lbs excess fat, it’s likely you will start experience this soon. If you start to, you have room to dial the dose back a little. If you are training hard and heavy and not cutting TOO hard, you can likely hold all your muscle/strength on 200 TE/week. I have. Others have, too.

  3. Your diet sounds clean. Cleaner than most trainees I know. But you don’t mention total calories. I’d start at 2,700/day and reassess each week. If you are training hard, you should be able to slowly lose on 2,700. If that doesn’t work, drop to 2400 for a couple weeks, then reassess again. Once you see fat loss (determined by the tape measure, not the scale), stay at that daily intake.

In summary, I recommend:

16 weeks

Hard, heavy resistance training.

a slow and steady cut on current dose of TE, dialing back to 250, or even 200, if needed, to avoid water retention, if necessary.

A clean 2700 calories a day, reassessing each week and slowly decreasing, if necessary to make the tape measure move.

The var could be added in for the last 6 weeks of the cut to really harden you and increase vascularity. Assuming the first 10 weeks were successful, you should be down to 205-210 and the var could be the nitrous shot that puts the finishing touches on you and gets you across the finish line.
