I just bought a bottle of this, hoping to reap a few of the claimed benefits for the supplement.
It has the isomers that have been linked to the greatest positive effects, so I’m hoping to have good luck with it. The bottle was 180 caps for $19.49. Each serving (3 caps) has 1050mg cis-9, trans-11 and 1080mg trans-10, cis-12.

Anyone else tried this particular brand?

I use it. More for the anti-inflammatory benefits and other health benefits than for fat loss. But I think it’s a quality product.

Why don’t you just buy a bottle of Flameout? It has CLA plus fish oils in it.
I use a few NOW products. They are purchased at my local ‘whole foods’ style store. The vitamin/supplement manager visits every manufacturer that he stocks. He told me that NOW is one of his favorite products based on their qualtiy control.

It does not have enough CLA. Well, I guess it depends on what enough is. But you can certainly get more and greater benefits through additional supplementaion. I use NOW CLA in addition to FLameout, and I notice a difference with the addition of the CLA.

What “difference” do you notice with the addition of more CLA?
My joints feel better than with Flameout alone. Damn near perfect, actually. CLA is also touted as having great fat loss benefits. But I can’t really speak to that aspect. I don’t really have fat to lose at the moment.

Okay, thanks.
Yup. I definitely recommend additional CLA supplementation for those who are still having joint issues. Flameout is excellent and all that some people need. Hell, some people don’t have joint discomfort at all. But I think CLA is the next thing to look at to make sure all bases are covered for those who still need relief.
I’ve also had experience with this particular brand of CLA, and I’d say it’s a quality product. According to a lot of research CLA does not only have some fat loss benefits, but muscle building benefits as well (the 9,11 isomer).
Since starting to take CLA regularly (along with omega-3) years of joint aches in my legs have basically disappeared, and when I started taking CLA about 14 months ago, I noticed how my body composition was changing for the better, faster.
