Great work man, i just hope i am still pounding the weights that hard when i hit 50. Truly inspiring!
I remember you. My father is 54, and I showed him your achievement for motivation. You are proof that with hard work and dedication, one can achieve a stellar physique at any age. I gave you a solid 8 for your outstanding achievement.
You look good for any age. I need to show my dad this!
good job
2x on the thong… unnecessary
5.9 is too low

Can u give us a brief idea of the diet you followed.
in general I try to eat the typical BB high protein, fairly low-carb diet. I have a protein smoothie with fruit for breakfast, and usually a protein bar or shake for my mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks. I try to eat a healthy lunch and dinner. I snack on fruit during the day if I am hungry.
To diet down for my recent competition, I decided to try a variation on the V-Diet, having casein/whey protein shakes for most of my meals, and adding some HIIT work to my usual weight-training routine. It worked pretty well, as I went from 223 lbs. to 206 without losing much muscle. Otherwise, nothing special. Hope this helps!
