Buddy you look great and it will only improve your life and life span. Wondering if you might add a little more protein and cut a little more carbs, and do you take Creatine? Thats been incredible for me.

You have a very good upper body, particularly for your age - and a good level of leanness.
To be honest, wheels are terrible in comparison to your upper body. you obviously compete - why not make leg training a priority on your next mass gaining phase. Leg pressing, timed bodyweight squats for volume can quickly give some shape to your quads.
Finally, PLEASE invest in a good pair of DARK shorts or use the old-fashioned posing trunks for your next posedown lol. You’re creeping me out with your latest pic.
9/10 from me.
So now I’m getting fashion criticism also!? I get enough of that from my wife and kids! I was wearing my underwear when I decided to take some photos- sorry, next time I’ll wear something nicer. As for my legs, they do lag, but not for lack of trying. I do see some improvement, but it’s slow. Thanks for the 9!

What age did you start Training?
your looking good, congratulations on 2nd place.
Thanks! I started seriously trining around 4-5 years ago- I had done some “working out” prior to that, but not in a serious way, and not with a lot of attention to diet.

How much do you back squat (below parallel)? How much do you front squat? What percentage of your leg workouts do these exercises comprise?[/quote
I’m currently doing back squats using the EDT program of doing multiple sets of 5 reps for a 15 minute period, alternating with wide grip pull-ups. On the alternate days I do partial deadlifts, and calf presses. When I squat I go pretty deep. I’ve done leg presses, often with a single leg at a time, as well as leg extensions and leg curls, usually also unilateral.

Looking good, definately made progress since your first picture post. I’d like to see some more trap size, but you’ve made great gains given your age, keep it up.
