Yeah, every once in a while I like living like “normal” people do and go home at 5 as opposed to midnight ![]()
I’m gonna try to use this log for my food as well. I have a very bad binge eating problem and I’m hoping this keeps me at least a little bit accountable. Its not so much that I’m concerned about my weight but I notice when I binge so horribly I use it as an excuse to not do anything and throw myself a pity party. So here goes so far for the day:
Meal #1
IsoPure protein smoothie
Meal #2
cream of wheat with cinnamon, raisins, almonds & stevia
4 egg whites, 2 yolks scrambled
The vending machine here at work tends to be my nemesis.
Nice training biznatch. 185 on the trap bar is good shit!
Love Tbar rows too!
Ugh! I feel you on the binge eating - that’s my problem too. What helps for me is knowing that I can use all my surplus cals in the weight room to make muskels, or to go balls out on conditioning, etc. This is also why the intermittent fasting style of eating works for me (rather warrior diet - eat big at night, fast during the day). I’ve accepted that inside me is a fat-girl that likes to eat big, and this way of eating satiates that urge and gives me enough lee-way if I do happen to make some unhealthy choices. Works for me!
Well…the rest of my eating was so-so yesterday.
Meal#3
italian wedding soup
small salad
Meal#4
Apple w/natural peanut butter
and then…things got eh. I started having a scratch in my throat late monday night but just hoped it would go away. It did not
So…went to the doctor for a strep test yesterday after job#1, obviously didn’t feel up to running so instead after my strep test (negative btw) I went to McDonald’s to throw myself a pity party for not feeling well.
I stopped myself right before I was about to order myself some shitty food and got the grilled chicken salad instead (YAY for me) but then also ordered a small McFlurry (BOO for me).
Went home ate that, then followed it up later with a sugar free popsicle and a not so healthy piece of breaded chicken.
I only suck it moderately I guess. Today’s a new day though, right?
Meal#1
cream of wheat made with almond milk, raisins & stevia
4 egg whites, 2 yolks scrambled
So my chicken was not so healthy huh?? I see how it is OMO LOL!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble babe, but anything called “Romano Crusted Chicken” is not normally healthy
Delicious, yes. Healthy, no.
Logging your food can help in the “Oh no, what will I write in my log about the ice cream? Oh, they’ll be so ashamed of me” ;D
We’re never ashamed though, more than likely drooling over the cheat foods. Like breaded chicken. Yum.
Kick ass workouts dearie. Your volume makes my skin tingle with anticipation.

oh you mean like my steady decline today? Like how I’m supposed to type that I went to the vending machine three times already today? I suck it big time ![]()
And thank you…I never thought the volume was that much until people started mentioning it
Do you tend to gain fat easily or have you ever been overweight?
Thats what keep me in check…cause I do gain easily and I have been overweight. like a lot.
I keep track of foods too. Especially while not in dieting mode.
I came in here for some cock slamming and all I got was egg yolk ![]()

Well, when I look at what I can pack away I don’t gain nearly as much as I should but it still comes back a little too quickly for my comfort level. I used to be super fat…like busting out of a size 16 type of fat. I was skinny all through high school and into my very early adult years but then blew up once I got married and had to actually work to get it off. Now its a constant struggle. Especially given that I haven’t ever had a “healthy” relationship with food lol!

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Bre that made me laugh! Trust me…there’s been plenty of cock slammin going on…although I think that just like with food, its my jaw that has been getting a workout
I mean come on, you know how a sore throat needs to be coated…
Did you say you wear orthodics for the PF? I did that (still wear them, were about $65) and GENTLY roll a tennis ball (apparently, too much pressure can cause microtears) on the soles at the end of the day. I also ice it several times a day when it gets bad.
But I haven’t had issues in months. Oh, and I’ve always thought you were a badass. I don’t think we’ve met…
Hey Ponce…thanks for stopping in and thanks for the badass comment
As far as the PF goes, no I don’t wear “proper” orthotics. I use an insert thats off the rack…seems to have helped. And there’s nothing better than having a frozen water bottle to roll your feet on…between that and stretching my calves really well I seem to stave off the dreaded PF (knock on wood now lol!)
Ok…onto training. I’ve been sick the past couple days and was a little wary about how I’d do. At first I thought Irish was taking it easy on me but by the end I was totally whooped (in such a good, good way though).

…too bad those hack squats weren’t as pretty lol!
That is a killer leg day! Glad that your training partner is pushing you to levels of greatness.
I went for a run in the woods the other day. Thought of you and that grueling trail run that you’re doing this summer. Whoa!
Isn’t running trails so much better than streets Veg? And to be honest I’m trying not to think too much about the race since when I do I get scared lol!
Training…
After leg day yesterday morning and working both jobs I had reservations about getting my ass outta bed this morning to run but thankfully I did
8 miles done! Gonna throw in an easy 3 tomorrow after lifting and then Sunday I already have plans to hit the trails for 13 miles. I’m really hoping the weather holds out because there’s nothing more frustrating than running in ankle deep mud. Your ankles and tendons end up getting more of a workout.
Food wise I’m a mess…nothing TOO horrible but just not tracking and just not making the wisest of choices. Part of me wants to just say fuck it and eat when and how and what I want but the thought of not fitting in my skinny pants makes me sad. Ugh…someday someway I will find the answer to my horrible impulse control issues lol!
Seeing your workouts, I’m so jealous of Maschy for training with you.
Wow babe! Leg day, two jobs and you ran 8 miles this morning. That’s fuckin’ awesome.
Now that running trails is a hot topic in PW (there seems to be a new hot topic every week lol), I think I’ll try it out. The trail I’m thinking of has beautiful scenery, won’t feel like work at all.
You wear any type of special shoes OMO, or just normal kicks? I won’t have to get Vibrams, right? 0:-)
