OVERHEADS ! ! ! ! !

try toes out too  you’ve just met you the love of your life  yei :D[/quote]

Thanks Brute I’ll definitely keep my toes in mind next time I do them. But you’re so right…the whole rest of the training session I just kept telling Irish “god, I love those overhead squats! I wanna do more!”

Well I’m a little frustrated. Notice how few miles I’m posting on here :frowning: I keep putting off my runs then having to scramble to make up the mileage at the end of the week. I was supposed to run earlier in the week but didn’t so I stupidly tried to throw my 5 miles on yesterday after my leg workout…um, yeah, I lasted two miles and then the cramping got too bad lol! So now I’m gonna try 6 miles today, 10 miles on saturday and a 3 mile recovery run on sunday.

It was hard enough going to job#2 last night and waitressing…my legs were just shot.

just do them however makes you happy ! you’ll find your favorite style

man…you and nadia and the other runners …its a tough thing to balance, and a hard thing to replace if you’re a running enthusiast. I give you alto of credit, and forget it !waitressing too? that is eexhausting!

That’s the thing…I USED to be a running enthusiast…now? Not so much. But I already paid for this race and its a “team of 2” kind of run so I definitely can’t let my partner down (plus I’d lose half of what I paid and it was expensive as fuck!). I just need to get through this race and then I can be done with the extreme running

Nice squats. Good luck with the running this week. Balance is a fucker to achieve.

OMO after watching this video for 500th time you have inspired me to petition Tnation administration to create a new section for you and the other females here. I believe sexy powerful women would be more appropriate…wouldnt you say??

as much as I agree with you Irish…I think that they are all sexy, and dream of having all the wimmenz that post in PW…

Hi OMO~

Nice work on the overheads - form looked pretty good to me. Nice back arch.
As for the running - sometimes you just need a break. Don’t push yourself if you’re not feeling it. Your body will tell you when it’s ready.

I hope this offering helps w/your training.

That is one beautiful ass. Thank me later.

Print had the ‘69th’ post.

of course he did…

Love the vid!

So i am a little Jealous of how many posts you get on your wall. Tell me what your secret is. Maybe it has something to do with that sexy as body or that great form you display in the weight room. Whatever it is you are doing keep it up it seems to be working for you LOL!!!

my ass really does need to get on that treadmill so I’m holding you to your threat

When’s the race again–this summer? What kind of weekly mileage do you hope to work up to?

Good luck getting your running back in gear. I don’t envy you one bit on that one. How many miles were you planning for this week?

PMSL over the cougar, etc. conversation. I like the ‘puma’ thing. Might have to take a run at that myself sometime. Nice to hear that the 24 yo is banging you and helping you out with your training. WIN.
