So it is IMPOSSIBLE for some of you to just go to the gym and do your own fucking workouts without constantly judging the shit everyone else is doing?

I never understand these threads. Go in, do work, leave. Why analyze and then post on the internets about what some other guy is doing. Shit don’t affect you.
Agreed. Some of you faggots/fagettes are just as bad as those planet fitness people.
you’re the worst poster on this site… get out of here turd

It’s not so much the half ROM that bothers me, it is the arrogant strut around the Gym that usually comes afterwards that bothers me.

Well at one of the gyms I visit theres these 2 guys that only train chest, shoulders and arms. They do lots of half ROM presses etc etc.
I just ignore them and deadlift my 160kgs. If they look at me strange I just wink and tweet.

tweet tweet

And the constant “bad” stares when they see someone benching with more weight.

Stop acting like a bunch of pussies.
Use dumbells, and use full range of movement.
Hallowed, make me a sammich.

Hello
Count this dude wants us to make him a sammich.
I’m sure you can think of some appropriate ingredients?
Well you could start by killing that fucking bird that keeps tweeting and smash that thing between two pieces of bread. And some mayo.

Thank you. That tweet tweet crapolla gets on my wick.
So, will Hallowed and I be making sammiches out of this bird fellow?

First, we’ll start with the left wing. He will be forced to eat it with his right wing. It will be a glorious spectacle.

You must devour his soul, Count.

It’s the only solution.

I notice more of those from the people who lift their ass so far off the bench it essentialy becomes a decline.

Thought of another one today:

“Curling in the squat rack is like going down on a girl, while everyone else licks her ass. Its fine for you, but it leaves a bad taste in everyone else mouth.”
