You dont get results because you dont work for them.
As far as i can extract from all your answers you have no idea how to structure your training in a progressive overload manner. You also have no idea what you want to achieve so you have no clue what and how much to eat.
What you need is to either study up on training and nutrition or just hire a coach who already knows that stuff and will just spoon feed it to you.
Steroids multiply what you do. They take your natural progress and they make it better with a cherry on top. If you cant gain weight naturally you wont gain much on steroids. If you have no diet discipline and you cant do cardio naturally, steroids cant help you with losing bodyfat also.
You dont see results because you have no idea how training and eating works, and these account for literally 100% of results. Its just that without steroids these gains stop, but on steroids you can continue to make progress past naturally achievable levels. But you still need to know shit and do that shit.
99% in the gym are like you. “Training for 10 years” looking exactly the same year after year no matter what they take, so this is not something uncommon.
I take this as the mirror does not believe you have achieved much of anything.
Maybe a % body fat and weight metric might supply some positive feedback.
I hate to suggest this because I find the impedance test for body fat due to the inherent variation from hour to hour. But if you weighed first thing in the morning and recorded body weight and % body fat, then you could “see” an improving body composition metric. Graphing the results will give you a visual metric. It is important to receive positive feedback for encouragement.
I am going to suggest a different pic than most here seem to request. Pick a few bodybuilding poses and take pics now, and then do the same poses in pics a month later. If you can begin seeing better muscle separation, those are seeing results. (I don’t care if you post pics, or not.)
I have decent genetics, but I BUSTED my ass daily in the gym for the gains. Most people don’t have the willpower or determination to push passed that pain barrier for truly impressive results.
As stated by the body positive queen herself… Lizzo. “Truth Hurts”
In all seriousness we can all make progress at any phase/age of life. Never stop grinding. I just don’t like the idea of juicing up the gills at 54 to achieve something that would have been difficult at 25.
