Doing a pmag/furuza/test/deca cycle.
Im 2.5 weeks in hte the pmag furuza and started the test/deca on week 2. So far Im only up 6 pounds. Is this reasonable weight gain so far? my Bf is around 16-20% I think.

yeah 6lbs in 2.5 weeks is solid. the test and deca havent kicked in u forgot to mention dosage and all other stats
Pmag @ 75mg Weeks 1-6
Furuza a @ 150mg Weeks 1-6
Test C @ 400 Weeks 2-17
Deca @ 250 Weeks 2-15
Ive been lifiing on and off for the past 5 years. I injured my left & right shoulder/back/neck/hip in a car accident 1 year ago. Done 12 months of rehab work since. All the joints are still fucked but I think its time I start lifting heavier again. Before the accident my stats were squat 320 deadlift 450 Bench 250. I was pretty much natty then, did hdrol once.
So my goals are maximum hypertrophy with the least amount of weight possible. Since im just starting back into heavier lifting, by the end of cycle I want my lifts to be at where they were before the accident. The lifts arent spectacular but its the best I can do with what I have to work with.
How long until I will notice the test/deca kick in? I thought it was basically immediate?

The esters (cypionate on the testosterone, and deconate on the nandrolone) slow the release. This is good in some ways though because without the esters you would have to inject once or twice a day to maintain stable levels.
With the cypionate ester, it will take 3-4 weeks to kick in.
With deconate ester it will take 4-5.

Wait, what? You want hypertrophy, but don’t want to gain weight?
I don’t know if right when you are just able to return to heavier lifting is a good time to do a cycle. The extra strength gains and pushing too quick when you are just able to return to doing something may not be a good idea.
And no offense, but you need to do a lot more research on AAS prior to use. Thinking long estered AAS kick in immediately shows how little you really know about this. Do you even have the ancillaries that you may need in case of prolactin and/or estrogen related sides? What about for PCT?
I’m surprised no one has mentioned food. Supplementation is about 10% of the equation for gaining muscle. Diet is about 50% and training 40%. Eat clean and eat plenty, also if you want muscle hypertrophy I wouldn’t use the scale to mark progress. You should judge your body composition instead.
You’ll lose fat and gain muscle which may cause you to lose/gain mass at the same time, thus confusing you with weight gained/lost. The mirror and a tape measure is your best judge of progress as far as body composition, and of course the increase in strength and stamina in your training is a good judge overall of progress. Don’t rely too much on the supplements.

I thought that on steroids a reasonable amount of hypertrophy can occur without associated fat gains?
Hmm, well use my shoulder for example. I tore the supraspinatus 12 months ago. Ive been doing rehab exersies on it since. So far ive worked my way up to 15 pounds dumbells on all external rotations. Continuing to naturally slowly increase the weights without roids probobly would be smarter idea, but I really wanted to try the deca to see if it helped out my shoulder.
Ive researched the test/deca cycle fairly extensively. I just had heard reports that some people say they can feel the test within 2 weeks. I have nolva/clomid for pct. I also have armidex/letro incase gyno flares up on cycle. I probobly wont need to run an AI on a 400mg test cycle, but it is good to have it just incase.

Wouldnt the tape measure and the mirror be somewaht decieving too due to test aromatizing and causing water retention?
I bought 20ibs of whey for the cycle, but my diet will be consisting of lean meats, oats, and vegetables when I can get them in.

It could. All I’m saying is that weighing yourself can cause you to feel like you aren’t making gains because you could potentially maintain the same wieght while your composition changes. Use all three for marking progress as well as tracking your training.
patience young grasshopper.
resist the urge to obsessively weigh and measure yourself, you’ll just get frustrated
Just did an online BF calculator im at 19% bodyfat which is pretty high. So I dont think im going to bulk.
I started cycle at 197 now im at 207. What weight should I target for at the end of my 14 week cycle? I was thinking 215-220 and just add 1 pound per week from here on.
it impossible for someone else to answer that. Just eat right, train like a man possessed and do the best you can.
Enjoy!

Increase the amount of rehab work you do in terms of frequency and volume. I wouldn’t push weight a ton for awhile. The deca will help it and will help collagen synthesis. That will be more beneficial IMO and is the method I have used to successfully heal injuries quicker with the aid of various substances.
I used EQ and peptides myself, but the same principle should work with the deca, and I plan to use deca in that manner fairly soon (125-250 test, 600-900 deca per week)
A lot of lifters say that they don’t notice the pain while on deca, but they injure shit worse while on and don’t notice till they come off. I’m not sure if there is any truth to this, or if it has more to do with the crazy shit they do and the fact they usually pop enough pain killers not to feel the injury during training anyway (which is stupid)… I also don’t think there is any real evidence to support their theory aside from the anecdotal evidence they provide.
Good luck.
Just don’t push too fast and be very conscious of how your injuries feel.

You still notice the pain while on deca, but its not as bad. I would think that the pain would be worse after cycle due to less joint lubrication and still pushing the same amount of weight (or at least close) as on cycle.
I guess worst case scenario I completely tear my supraspinatus tendon… But there are bodybuilders out there that train with full rotaot cuff tears.
