Normal Estradiol Range?

Blasphemy!

(I believe the same)

Whether it’s 2% or 1% or 0.1%, I don’t know.

@appassionato, just so we are absolutely clear:

You are injecting a mere 7.5mg of Enanthate a day, for a total of 52.5mg a week, and with that dose you are attaining free T levels of 30 ng/dL (please verify units of measurement on your labs) and E2 of 62 pg/mL (please verify units of measurement on your labs)?

I don’t want to say I don’t believe you but… this doesn’t make sense. Something doesn’t add up. I need close to 5 times your dose to get my free T that high. Can you please verify the units of measurement?

Dude, I know it sounds weird, but I’m over-sensitive to all medications and drugs.
Units are correct.

A mere 150 IU of HCG weekly doubled my total T and E2.

I’m not an ordinary case unfortunately, so what works for many of you, doesn’t for me.

I have to say I’ve never seen a case quite like yours before. Please keep in mind that the things I say apply to the vast majority of men (90% or more) but, yes, there are exceptions. The thing is, EVERYBODY believes that they are the exception (especially when it comes to AI use). You are an actual, living, breathing exception, I’ll give you that!

I don’t suppose you have a FB profile? This would be one interesting discussion for the docs in my FB group to look at. I don’t even know where to start with this one…

One thing is certain, both @systemlord and @appassionato are overresponders by a large degree of magnitudes. I have no reason to doubt their dosages and their labs. But please understand that you guys are extreme outliers and represent perhaps 1% of the TRT population.

No, never had one.
It would be interesting to ask them their opinion though if you can.
I can provide you more data if you need them.

I’m one of the few that did a 23andMe DNA test, a ONE test and full methylation panel.

Send me everything you’ve got to my email.

Can you elaborate further on this?

@systemlord achieved a total T of around 450 on a daily dose of 7 mg. Thats in good agreement with the known dose response relationship of T, both from the scientific literature and the members here.

The strange with him is he needs low testosterone levels to feel optimal and feels worse on higher

The lab value which seems to correlate the most with clinical symptoms is free T.

If I remember correctly @systemlord SHBG is around 16 or so which brings his free T levels to around 14 or 15 measured and around 13 to 14 calculated. That’s in the top 20% of males age >50.

Perfectly fine levels.

And don’t forget T is a stimulant.

I do not agree with that. This is only when the levels are too high for you. I remember dr Keith Nichols has said it bluntly: “Testosterone is not a stimulant”

Very interesting thread.
Please help me with my problem. A couple weeks ago I decided not to take arimidex anymore. Used to take 1/4 once a week.
I am on 200 and that puts my levels at around 900. My shbg is 22.
Didn’t check my E2, but I have some e2 related issues. Libido is gone. And my face has bloated.
I can definitely see the bloat. And my diet is on point.

So is that not evidence enough that I should take my ai again? I mean 1/4 tablett arimidex will do so much harm to my body???
Or should I go on? But what to do with the water retention? That really pisses me on.
Should I raise the testosterone to 250 maybe?
@dbossa

I would say if you need an AI than you are overtreated.

200mg once a week? Is that what you are doing? Can you try doing 100mg twice a week instead?

It will take your body several weeks to normalize when you stop taking an AI.

I don’t believe libido tanked and major water retention occurred simply by removing a measly 0.25mg of Arimidex to the extent you are describing.

Yeah you have.

That was only 3 weeks into that protocol.

@systemlord nobody has seen a case like yours.

Stick around a while longer, I have seen cases like mine before. If we had more guys injecting daily, you would see them come out of the woodwork.

I’m not saying these are typical cases, but there are more out there than you suggest.

Right… I have to stick around HERE to see it… because I don’t get at least 5 emails a day from people who watch the YouTube videos and countless PMs from my FB group. Doesn’t happen with any of them. It only happens here. That explains it. Silly me for not realizing this before.
