Hi guys. I did my e2 blood test in the uk last week on monday and it was 107 pg/ml which is 405 pn/ml. I have terrible symptoms such as depression…anxiety…feeling down…i have not injected since last saturday with 250mg sustanon and rode it out…iam feeling a bit better as the day goes by…do you think as the test is going lower the estrogen is going lower with it…also i did the normal estrogen test should i accept this result…also today is my injection day and i have decided to lower my test.dose but maybe.add.a.dose of arimidex on the same.day…do you think this is sensible.idea?
Thanks for.reading guys

Sometimes, not always, the IA estradiol test can be higher than the LC/MS/MS would be. I’ve seen it the other way as well. Reducing your testosterone will reduce E2. You should probably work with your doctor, and if you cannot, find a different one. I would address symptoms over a lab number.
Do you think i should delay next injection so two weeks go by so high level of test goes lower with the e2 and then start on a lower dose
You could do that. I’ve skipped injections (I take one a week) just to see how I would feel. It wasn’t too bad until the end of the second week, by then I thought I was unusually tired. By the end of the third week, I knew my experiment was over. However, everyone responds differently. If I were you, I’d cut the dose rather than skip a week entirely.
If i continue dosing would it not increase my total test even more and then my e2 or does it not work that way.
It will level off once you’ve established a regular dosing schedule. You could hold off as sustanon contains some longer ester testosterones so you could get by with less frequent injections. You may not crash as you would with cypionate or enanthate esters. You need to determine what dose and injection frequency will work for you. I don’t know anyone who runs sustanon only and it has been a long time since I used it, and then it was with other steroids.

I just jabbed 100 mg sustanon yday- and this morning I am starting feeling back to normal, still a bit anxious, I hope with the lower doses and frequent doses it will level out soon.
