I’ve been struggling with my regimen. They flagged me as high free testosterone and estrogen… i feel like I’ve been having high estrogen as feel very upset/emotional and have insomnia.

This was taken 2 days after injection. I am injecting 50mg of sustanon every 4 days. Is it too much for me? Im only 75kg and try to eat clean.
I’m not into body building.

Should I reduce my dose or take an AI (I have anastrazole, was thinking 0.25mg a week or 0.125mg a week to get my oestradiol to 30. I’m not sure what my T/E ratio is or Free ratio.

Sus has TProp. You should be taking your labs on day 4 not 2, right before your next injection. That aside you dose is obviously on the high side for you. You can either lower your dose or add a small AI regimen.

Thanks. Is 2 days after inflated? As that’s the average time.

Ok, I’m thinking 0.125mg AI a week and reduce to 78.75mg a week. Still keep to E4 day injection. Do you think this sounds good?
I think when I was E5 I had less E2 problems, but this is subjective.
Im guessing Oestradiol of 100 is more optimal if not super high T.

Yes. The majority of men measure on their trough day as this is also a consistent time frame.

Tweak only one parameter at a time with your protocol. Either lower dose or add AI. If you do both you’ll never know if both were needed and/or which one helped.
