Ive been looking after the kid for about a year now, helping him with his lacrosse pursuits. For a 15 year old the kid is smart and absorbs information like a sponge.
As he is now interested in getting jacked, I officially hand the reigns to you Zraw. Look after him. Im going to miss you kiddo.
like will this be a 6 month thing or what exactly?
it might work better if there are some parameters in place rather than everyone be interested on day 1 then after 6 weeks no one looks at the thread again.

Hi I just wanted to say (no homo despite that screenshot Steely posted - lol) you guys, Julien, Stu, Cephalic and others now departed (I’d also include Meadows, CT and Skip in the same category) are just some lovely guys. Obviously you have achieved great personal success, but have stayed humble and supportive of the next guy. You set a great example. Answer questions constructively (even when they are painfully naive/misguided). You use this FORUM in the true sense of the word, to promote discussion and encourage excellence from a position of high achievement and confidence. Just some MEN and deserve respect. Respect!
Contrast this with individuals who seem to lack esteem and so use sarcasm, spite, contempt directed at the youngsters in this as a way to ‘big themselves up’, not answering questions positively (/ignoring them if they’re really stupid questions) but rather responding negatively in cryptic, or simplistic criticisms of ‘the wrong way’…not naming names but if this is you, you could learn from these accomplished guys with CLASS [/quote]
Julien and others will agree with me that a certain point, you step back, and can finally see all the progress you’ve made. At that point, there’s just something very rewarding about helping others by sharing your own experiences and doing you best so they don’t make the same mistakes and missteps that you did.
This is definitely going to be a popular thread. Good luck to whoever Zraw decides to put through the ringer -lol.
1)WHO WILL/CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS THE MOST
2)IS THE LIFTER SERIOUS? (PARTYING SOMETIMES DOESNT MEAN NOT BEING SERIOUS)
3)WHAT IS THE LIFTER’S GOAL?
4)CAN THE LIFTER ACHIEVE SOMETHING GREAT WITHOUT HELP?
5)HOW MUCH OF A BEGGINER IS THE LIFTER?
6)I WOULD LIKE FOR PEOPLE NOT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT WETHER A POSTER IS NEW OR NOT
Ive got a couple concerns about some guys in here. I will let the voting take place and see how it goes before expressing those concerns.
HERE ARE THE CANDIDATES
jtownlax
The Recluse
AScic1
Canee03
alc8traz
CBO
chobbs
ChrisOD93
I vote jtownlax. He’s the least developed and I think that’d make for the most interesting thread.
(The Recluse, I know I said earlier that you had my vote but having looked at your pictures I’d say you are well on your way to building a good physique on your own, and you don’t need Zraw. Sorry for the U Turn)
BTW I do know how to perform the following exercises if that makes any difference…
DB Rows,DB Shoulder Presses,Squats(really like my form on these), and Bench Press. I’d name more but they’d be smaller movements and aren’t worth mentioning.
Hey, 18 here. Would appreciate an opportunity to be trained by someone of your stature.
Some stats:
6 foot 0 inches
154 lbs
Between 10-12% body fat, unsure as I’ve never had it legitimately tested.
I currently have a routine, but my results have been substandard. I know how to do all the basic movements, understand proper form, and I also understand the importance of nutrition and calories. As I’ve stated earlier, getting a routine and meal plan from someone that has as much as experience as you do would be stellar. My current PR’s are around 140 bench, 230 for squat, and 260 for dead-lifts. My maxes are moving up at a slower rate than what I’ve normally seen for someone who lifts 4 days a week. I’m just trying to figure out where I’m going wrong.
I appreciate you taking the time to read this. Thanks.
My worry is that these guys who say they have been lifting for a year or so and show little to NO muscle, how can zRaw help them? If they can’t even show any progress for a year?
