To be honest I wouldnt be as comfortable doing this with a woman. I know some guys here work with a lot of woman though so maybe one of them will see this

Here is what I want to do

Take someone that has VERY LITTLE experience in the gym and I mean VERY LITTLE

And get him big and lean and whatever the f.

I dont want a guy that wants to become an ifbb pro

I dont want a guy that wants to do some powerlifting

I dont necessarily want a guy that wants to compete

I do want a guy that wants to turn head because of how awesome he looks while at the beach

I want people to be able to see that thread and give input if needed

Kind of guy I am looking for

-The least lifting experience you have the better. 1.5 years would be a max
-Age from 15yrs old to 22yrs old
-I want someone with a LOW bmi. This isnt about fatloss, sry.
-Be able to at least have a bit of control over your diet (food choices, portions, etc.) If your parents are paying for the food I do not need you to have them buy completely different stuff, but at least be able to play with it a little
-As I said, pics are mandatory. I will also need a pic of your username written on a paper with your face beside it if you are the one chosen. I do not need/want to help a troll

How will the “noob” be chosen?

I will ask any member that wants to to vote for who they would like it to be. Voting will start saturday april 6th and will end tuesday april 9th.

We will start on the following weekend so the 13th or 14th

What I will need you to do from the time you’re chosen

  1. Post pics every 2weeks along with measurements
  2. Post weight fluctuations every week. I will need you to weight yourself every day but post the results just once per week
  3. Give feedback to me AND to the people that will be reading the forum. This will be about helping YOU but I also want others to benefit from it

Go ahead noob, tell us why I should choose you and post pics and stats, thats mandatory

You just got the top place in my book for the coolest motherfucker on earth.

Why on one over 30?? Training someone still growing is easy.

When I started working with female competitors, at first I was hesitant, but now, I actually have more women than men. Lemme tell ya brother, women are much more compliant than guys when the heat gets turned up.

Step up to the plate Zraw! -lol

x2

I vote Prof X. He could go far with Zraw’s input. =)

This is interesting. So are you seeing just how fast a noob can get jacked?

Id love to learn how to dial my diet and routine in under Zraw.

24 years old, been lifting for six months and put on roughly 60 lbs of weight in that time. I started with a bit of beer fat and added to it, so im not exactly the leanest little guy out there. Currently at 220 lbs.

Haha its not really about that to be honest. Im pretty confident I could get that woman in shape ive had a good number of girls ask me to turn them from good looking to downright hot but its mostly for bikini shapes, which I actually enjoy doing

BUT here im doing this for free, and for a long time and sadly we can see much more improvements in a guy physique when in begginer mode

This is why I want a “newb” thats young and that is fairly light… I want him to make the sickest progress as fast as possible during the best time of his lifting career to do that. And I want people to see how much difference it can make cause I truly believe it can make a HUGE difference. MOST NEWBS miss out on this because they either 1) dont know how to eat right 2) dont know how to train right 3) dont know how to make adjustments 4) dont know what to do etc etc. No newb has the reflex of going “ohhh yeah ima shed out a lot of money for a great coach”

This is why, if people are wondering, I want a young guy thats light and still in begginer mode
