At the gym today, memorial day, I was doing my dead lifts. I prefer to do mine off the ground in an open space in the gym. In between sets I looked over to the gym’s only squat rack and I see a female in there. This in itself is rare. But then a total surprise - she’s doing deadlifts!! With a decent weight on the bar for her size too. 145 on the bar doing a good number of reps per set and ok form. If she was hotter I would have said something to her. But she wasn’t.
Ok ladies in this forum begin flaming me for being sexist. I’m not though. Few people deadlift and then to see a female doing it was rare.
Over the years, I’ve had several gym memberships and currently have 2. I see more girls pulling than guys, easily 2:1.
It’s not rare at all, not where I live anyways.

training legs is ghey. helps you explode on and off da cawk.
since the start of this term one of the gym instructors at my uni has started doing PT with some of the members. i’ve seen him training at least 5 girls, all of whom he was teaching how to squat and deadlift with good form on really good programs too, and not a balancing ball in sight. he has trained the majority of them to squat with much better form than half of the guys who go to that gym.
The first I read that I thought you were saying she was doing curls of 145 with good form. Started converting that to kg in my head and figuring out just how that comes.

Really? I have yet to see a girl deadlift at my gym, not fair.
