NO-xplode to Add Muscle?

I simply changed my routine that was training 6 days a week into training one day weight lifting and one day mma. My diet is almost just proteins and veggies now big fish, big chicken, eggs and tuna and my protien shake, just a bit of outs and nuts. My weights are going down and am feeling bit weaker since I changed my routine and simply getting skinny so decided to give the no-xplode a try, wanted something to keep me strong and help add muscle while on diet,

I tried a one scoop today 2 hours after a meal and it was just a good juice to drink didn’t give my any thing of great extra power that I heard about, although I heard that it’s bad for brain because of the high caffeine and the heart because of the high blood pressure well any way if any one got any ideas please share, I should’ve stacked with the Nano vapor instead to bad I can’t change this product now!!! any ideas?

Does any one prefer creatine? I was going to take it but always worried about it giving to much water and a bit of fat or I just call water into muscles also what’s the best selling creatine?

Ugh. So nauseas.

You most likely are not eating enough calories and complex carboyhydrates to deal with this new type of training.

NO-xplode, NANOvapor and the like are simply stimulant drinks meant to be used pre-workout for “energy” if they even have a use at all. You don’t really need to waste the money on them, as plain caffeine is a lot cheaper.

You need to buy 100% Creatine Monohydrate, sold right here at Biotest. It does not add fat.

To gain muscle you need to consume more calories than your body burns off, and combine that with smart, intense weight training.

The NO Xplode already has creatine in it. If you aren’t getting a rush of energy from this product then there is no point in using it. In and of itself it will not add any muscle to your frame. You should look at it as an energy product and nothing more.

How do these threads consistently show up week after week?

Read that. Now wait for my stalker Dylanj to show up and claim that NO2 works.

NOXLODES WOKRS GOOOT I TRIED IT AND EVEN IF IT’S JUST A PLACEBO WITH LOTS OF CAFFEINE ILL KEEP BUYING IT BECAUSE I CAN’T WORKOUT WITHOUT IT.11!!1

Honestly, just skip the designer supplements all together. I used to be one of those ignorant fools who bought all the high-end supps looking for a quick gain. In the end and after lots of money down the drain, I learned it’s not much different than the cheap stuff.

Stick with creatine monohydrate. According to your type of training and concerns, just take 5g of it a day. It’s not going to bloat you up like crazy.
