Interesting about all the medical stuff. Have you had your FT3 and FT4 tested?
kinda sounds like Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with the way your TSH was bouncing up and down. And with the autoimmune variety, you are more prone to other autoimmune attacks(like mono for example).

Ahh drunken posts and funny stories!
I also laughed at the chad and prof x comment.
I’d say if you can afford indigo go for it, you get a lot more than the supp (programs, chance for a trip, chance for a free prowler)
I’m sure golds would love you rolling up with a prowler!
Training is looking great, your OHP strength is very impressive.
Maybe if your elbows are flaring you could pull the grip in? I’m not sure TBH
I don’t think my grip can come in much narrower. I had maraudermeat look at my form on a vid and he said it’s not a problem as long as my flaring is starting halfway up, and not right out of the hole. So I’m gonna keep it as is and try for that 200lb OHP by year’s end
I’ll probably not end up ordering any… maybe if my progress was slowing and I wanted to push the envelope, I would. But to be honest I don’t want to spend $500 or whatever when I’m happy with how I’m progressing

hmmmm
How are you feeling nowadays?
I keep my log in the TRT forum more up to date, but, I tested positive for a long-term mono infection - techinically, Epstein-Barr Virius not mono itself - (I think I got it from this one girl in college and I never got over it). The more I think about it, the more I don’t think thyroid is a problem… I don’t put on much fat, I don’t get gold easily, and I don’t fit a couple other symptoms (despite the fact there is a history of thyroid issues on both sides of my family, so I’m cautious).
I have a req for a bunch more blood work, but I’m waiting till I kick my infection to get it done so I can get a healthy baseline. I still have a bunch of symptoms of low T (my free test was at the bottom of the lab range, not right for a 26yr old). I’m just plugging along in the meantime, energy levels are pretty crappy in general all the time.
Thanks for the kind words
edit - my free T4 was mid range and my free T3 was upper range, so those were fine when tested.

It’s been a rough few weeks. Though a woman more than twice my age did plant a wet sloppy one on me in a bar last night.
Funny story… I was leaving my house to go to the grocery store for some food at close to midnight (had been tubing/drinking all day and was too exhausted to go out). Group of girls walks by my house, I make fun of one of them for something, I forget what it was. We talk for a block and she invites me to the bar with them. I stroll in, we sit at a table with a 54 year old woman, she keeps complimenting the girl on landing me… the girls like “he’s not my boyfriend I just met him”. The cougar then walked over, grabbed/massaged my traps, whispered something in my ear and planted one on my cheek.
I pounded my drink and got the fuck out of there as fast as I could.
Sounds to me like you haven’t gotten past the sniffin’ butt stage. Strong bench. Where’s the dunk?

Patience is a virtue.
Was gonna do it today but I decided to do a back workout instead… and I’m shooting for a deadlift max tomorrow so I want my legs in top shape. I’ll try for a jump vid next weekend, I usually play ball on sunday.
