I plan on checking in around 12:30-1:00, then weigh-ins go until 2:30 when lifting starts.

I’ll be there with VTBalla. He’ll be the tiny guy next to me, you’ll recognize him. StormTheBeach who I think posts primarily in his log will be there. He is monstrously strong.

NOTE: I mystersiously dropped 4lbs last night despite eating more yesterday than I have all week. I weighed in at 220.4 lbs. I may actually compete in the 220s lol. My eating and sleeping have been shit this week, think that’s why I’m dropping bodyweight.

So this one time, in middle school, i like totally got 3rd place in the 50 yard dash…got a big 'ol cloth ribbon with a medallion connected to it and all that…I’m just sayin…

Thanks man! I’m gettin pretty stoked.

I forget the kilo equivalents… but my openers are something like 290 squat/250 bench/405DL. Hoping to total somewhere in the 340/300/480 range, but we will adjust as needed during the meet.

I housed on a good amount of food today. If I check in at 220 again tomorrow, I’ll have to accept it’s my legit weight and not dehydration. My sleep schedule has been HELL with this work training, but I should get two full nights of slumber now before my meet.

Strength-wise, I am feeling pretty dialed in and I believe my goals are all realistic. Had a good last week of training. Just a matter of trying not to be amped up tomorrow and drain my CNS haha.

If you dont have some now you might want to stock up on some Epsom Salt so that you can have a couple baths/soaks after the meet to help out with potential soreness.

I weighed in at 220.4… fml… there’s no way I can not gain a tenth of a pound before weigh ins. I am not starving myself today. I care more about my total than where I place in my weight class.
