ok, so i have been neglecting this log but I havent been neglecting my training. Ive had a couple stumbles with my diet but have been about 90% on it still.

3 weeks gone and 2 till the beach…

I can see the body fat has dropped in my midsection on the front double bi which is great because that’s where it always is and I want it gone.

I can see my back is def getting bigger, which I am the happiest about. back has always been my weak point. I attribute the big noticeable difference in Lat spread due to figuring out how to do the pose better as well as my training. I know the first shot isn’t the proper form but I also know I have gotten a bigger back. I have been training back like crazy for a couple reasons.

  1. like i said it was my weakest. so might as well attack it head on.
    2 my right shoulder issue.

My shoulder has been feeling great (knock on wood). the upper back and rear delt work is paying off.

let me know what you guys think. I am psyched so far but feedback would be awesome!!

ok so i accidentally posted the old front double bi pose and i cant figure out how to edit/repost is so here it is…

well i had my first “Steroids” comment from a coworker today.

i’ve been peeling my hard boiled eggs in the lunch room at work lately and the same woman goes in at the same time i do every day. first she said to me, “i’m going to have to call you ‘greg’ soon.” greg happens to be one of the other weight lifters at work.

then she asks me quietly “you’re not juicing, are you?” I just laughed at her.

now we get “free lunch” once a week and sometimes they order pizza and this woman happens to sit next to one of the larger (fat) guys at work. now instead of saying something to this guy to get him into a healthier lifestyle. her and 2 other coworkers will take extra slices and give them to this fat guy. I swear he eats a full pie every time we get pizza.

its crazy how it is ‘ok’ to help people be unhealthy and ‘weird’ for someone to be healthy…
