It was a five minute major and match penalty. Shanahan will deal with the suspension issue tomorrow.
Blues fan here. Glad to see them get chippy in game 2. Playoff hockey and college football are miles ahead of any other professional sports in N America. Yes, major college football is a professional sport.
Embarrassing effort by the Pens. Part of me is happy they at least beat some ass, but the other part of me is embarrassed by all of the nonsense.
Half of me says “might as well go out with a bang!”
The other half says “bush league assholes can’t compete in the game so they act like 2 year olds.”
Either way, they’ve earned the spring and summer vacation that will start Wednesday night.

LOL at Letang “shushing” the Philly crowd after a fight when you’re about to go down 0-3 in the series. I realise that worked for Talbot back in 09 when they won the cup, but I think that was in game 2. You can’t shush the crowd when you’re 60 min away from getting fucking swept, and convincingly at that.

Always nice to see a fan who actually acknowledges douchy things his team does. Most are such homers it never occurs their team has done anything wrong. Douchy play has gone back and forth this series, but nice to see someone notice what their team is doing.
