Sens look awful. Its kind of odd, I am a lightning fan. We played the rangers well this year, and sens made us look like a minor league team. So I expected to see a better game, but maybe the lightning are just that bad against the sens.
I just moved from florida to cali…orginally from NYC. Lightning are my second team. Damn good year for Stamkos huh? Lecaviler kinda fell off a lil bit IMO

Yeah, watching Stamkos this year was probably the most fun I have ever had watching that team (aside from the cup in 03-04). I manage to score tickets to most of the home games, and its a gift to watch him in person. Best shooter I have ever seen. I am not actually a big fan of vinny, I mean I like him, but besides two good years he hasnt lived up to the hype. Plus he is making 8 million a year, which kills the salary cap.
Los Angeles over Vancouver in 4 (chose this out of hate for the Canucks, but look what’s happening!)
St. Louis over San Jose in 5
Phoenix over Chicago in 6
Nashville over Detroit in 7
NY Rangers over Ottawa in 4
Boston over Washington in 5
Florida over New Jersey in 6
Philadelphia over Pittsburgh in 6
I’m a Bruins fan, so I’m looking for a repeat. If they play their best, it’ll happen - Lundqvist v Thomas battle would be insane, and is what I think we’re in for for the ECF.
Philly v. Pitt is already out of control 20 goals in two games? I have to wonder if it will be a good move to start Fleury again. Winner of this series might not get past the second round though, they’re going to be beaten, battered and bruised pretty bad.
Johnathan Quick is definitely making a case for Vezina considerations with the way he has played with this team.

The glove save last night by, i cant even try to spell his name, FLYERS goalie was unreal.
That save was hu-MANG-us big. game would have been completely different without it.
Momentum swinger for, hopefully, the rest of the series.
Another ridiculous game between caps and bruins. Love Tim Thomas, but im sick to death of seeing boston teams win.
You really are a Thomas fan? I cant stand the guy, nothing against him personally, but I am so sick of hearing the announcers drool over him. It seems like they throw out the “if you could have any goalie for one playoff game” scenario, and they start to drool over Thomas some more. He just looks so inconsistent to me, plus his team defense is stellar. Take that d away, and I think he is pretty average.

As a bruins fan, even when the bruins defense has an off game, Thomas always seems to bail them out. And as an ex-forward, that is hard as hell for me to admit.

Fair enough. It seems (and i dont watch all bruins games so) he is either solid as a rock, or really mediocre. From what I have seen he can been inconsistent, although right now may not be the time to argue that, he has looked very good so far this series…

Best series by far! I’m having more fun watching this than my Bruins.

This game is the best yet! Giroux and Voraceck look like twins in the box right now. Pens had better get it together, they look like a mess right now

They just cut the lead to one, but I think Flyers win the series. With the way they’re playing, maybe the cup too. Asham will be out the rest of the series most likely.
