Legs look all right. You need more arms though. Incredible work either way. If you want to add 20 pounds atr this stage, you’ll need to EAT your way to a much heavier bodyweight before the next trim, which I;m sure you know.

One thign ive learnt is that when we want to greatly bring up body parts, we need to trigger a new growth spurt just like we did when we first built a base.

There’s something I read about in l rea’s book, which i’;m certain is valid for both natties as well as asissted - and I;m trying out for myself (enough time before I compete). He talks about going into a controlled catabolic phase as a way of triggerring a new growth spurt with a much better anabolic environment.[/quote]

thanks for the feedback. is that the book by the alri guy?
sounds very interesting.

HAd to google ALRI, but yes, youre right. The guy reached 230 pounds at 10% at 5’7" naturally. Worth reading.

Sorry to dump on your thread bigg. I just couldn’t help myself. All the keys on my laptop turned red :open_mouth:

Great job man.

Arms could use some focus maybe, but at your height, that’s going to be tough.

Good luck!

Nice job bigg, like others have already said, if you bring up the arms a little you’ll have an even better total package. Keep up the good work!
