Dude, I’ve been gone most of the day. But I managed to watch the 4 Quarter of the game. HELL YEAHS!
I remember 4 years ago, I would never expect the Saints to beat the Patriots. We miss your Aaron brooks and Joe Horn.
Go Titans!

I found this regarding Brees today:
“He compiled a 158.3 quarterback rating, the highest the system allows.”
Nicely done Drew.
The Pats defense is shit. Now i can see why Bill went for it on 4th and 2 against the Colts the other week. Their secondary looked lost half the game, especially on that blown coverage play.
I really hope there ends up being a Saints vs. Vikings NFC championship game. I think they are the two best teams in the NFL.

I think Pats are a good defense. But the Saints are THAT FUCKING GOOD.
Holding the Pats to 17 points with both starting cornerbacks injured… check.
I want to see Colts/Saints - winner goes 19-0 Super Bowl, I don’t know how a sporting event could be any bigger in the US.

12/17 @ Jacksonville Jaguars
12/27 NEW YORK JETS
1/3 @ Buffalo Bills
SAINTS
Dec 06 @ WASHINGTON REDSKINS
Dec 13 @ ATLANTA FALCONS
Dec 19 vs. DALLAS COWBOYS
Dec 27 vs. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
Jan 03 @ CAROLINA PANTHERS
Come one! Come all! Make ye predictions now!
Colts lose to Titans…Titans are on a roll. Chris J is unreal right now.
Saints lose to ummmm…It’s hard to say after lastnight. Are they ever going to sit their starters?. None of those teams left have great defences either. I’d say Dallas.
I like Mercury Morris and his cronies. Alot of people hate seeing those guys on tv popping the cork. I think it’s a hoot.

Both routes look equally do-able (the Saints might have a slight edge), but if I had to pick, my money’s on the Saints. They look better on both sides of the ball.
Also, every year, I lose a little more faith in Manning. I won’t go so far as to call him a choker, but he’s won a lot of regular season games and not so many playoff games. The Colts have become the 90’s Atlanta Braves.
Oh, I didn’t make a prediction. I agree, Colts lose this weekend to the Titans. Hell, the Colts already clinched a playoff spot.
And I’ll say Saints run the table.

Almost every year someone say this ^^ about the hottest NFL team of the season. But every year since 1972 Csonka, Kiick, Warfield, Griese, Kuchenberg, Little, Scott, Anderson, et al, pop the cork.
We’ll see.
To be clear, I’m only talking regular season here. I’m not predicting they go 19-0.
Going 16-0 all depends and I’m counting on some variables to help it along. The biggest thing I’m counting on is the Vikings to keep winning to push the Saints to stay competitive fighting for home field advantage.
If the Saints decide to rest players than this prediction is meaningless. I don’t know which way Sean Payton leans on this. I think the Colts could have possibly gone 16-0 some season except that Dungy was never interested in that. He was a big believer in resting his players (which, it could be argued, may be the reason for so many postseason losses).
And, truth be told, the Saints probably won’t go 16-0. From their list of remaining opponents, there’s not a real threat on there. But, we both know that some team will probably rise to the occasion and take a game from them. I’m just not comfortable enough to predict any of those teams, so I say they finish 16-0.

No one goes perfect this season.
And the 72 Dolphins are defeated by old age aka The Grim Reaper.
Man, how fucked would it be if they both went 18-0?
Make for an interesting Superbowl

Toughest games for both teams are at home, I wouldn’t ‘predict’ any of the games as losses, but along the lines of malonetd I believe the Colts are more likely to lose because they have a 3 game lead for home field in their conference, and will likely give starters rest in games 16+17.
The Saints have Minn with only 1 loss, to an AFC team, which means if they want home field they can’t lose any of their remaining games. That’s motivation to stay unbeaten, and I truthfully think with the Cowboys being the only looming team on that remaining schedule, and them being notorious December choke artists, that the Saints go 16-0(and make it to NFC Championship game, which should be a very good showdown vs the Vikings).

Heads would explode…mostly TV Executives imagining the amount of viewers they would get that night.
From deep in New England country, I was delighted to see the Saints hand the Patriots their asses.
Red hit it…with the vikings rolling and no signs of slowing down the saints can’t either, in regards to sitting and resting starters, if they hope to lock down home field throughout the postseason

I grew up a giants fan living just outside of New York in MA. Moving closer to Boston, and because of my uncle, I had grown to enjoy the Pat’s when they were underrated and becoming a good team.
BUT
The spoiled fair weather fans fucking SUCK! And Brady is a fucking cry baby. (I really like sammy morris and Welker though, those guys play balls to the wall and I respect that.) And now that they are getting blown by every media outlet around, I’m sick of the swagger. (Which is slowly being beaten the fuck out of them.)
I have no problem with an under dawg winning, I’m tried of the same teams always being the best teams.
That being said, the Pats defense very well could be top 5 in two years, and Brady will still have a lot of football left in him by then… But as of right now, they are no longer top dawg outside of their division. (And the Jets are on the way up.)
I’m just rambling now, sorry.
