Just wanted to pop in and say that I fucking love JJ Watts. Insane that people thought he was going to be a bust. INSANE.
Never heard the bust thing about him Token, I like that Arizona state kid Brooks Reed also.
Looks like we got ourselves another Clay Matthews. I dont know what it is about long hair and white guys being hard asses but its a formula that works apparently.
JJ Watts has my haircut and he is a hard ass. :stuck_out_tongue: But I think they are all going for that Viking thing, must get them laid by cheerleaders or something.
I didnt know he was bald?!?!?! muahahahahhaha

The Eagles run defense looks like straight up garbage right now.

About the same as last year. Their “dream team” plan didnt really help that problem other than Jenkins(which Im still disappointed in seeing him leave GB)

Its preseason. Do not think to much into this.

True. Sometimes though you can get a decent glimpse. I think we have seen that for several teams. Btw, anyone see that hit Vick gave to Polamalu? Crazy

There can be trends of course, but probably half the coaches game plan for these games. The other half have certain goals, view back ups, work on 3rd down defense, work on running game etc. It is also the time for guys to get into football shape, especially this year.

Does anyone else want to talk about how badly my Giants are going to suck this year?

WTF, Fuck Tom Coughlin, I want BILL COWHER DAMNIT!
Why do you say this Irish? Just curious. Most of the starters are back except Steve Smith for Offense. Osi just got a knee scope today, but he will be back in 4-6 weeks.

I did see that hit on Polamalu by Vick. It would have been karma if Troys knee got fucked up, he has hit guys low since he came into the leauge. Actually my heart stopped twice on that play, Troy getting submarined was one and the other was when Woodley got up slow.

Any rookie standouts worth mentioning on your team in camp?

There was a rookie RB in Steeler camp that was getting alot of comments and raised eyebrows. Then he blew out his ACL.

Vick was a dumbass for hitting like that. When youre a small framed QB, you let go of your will to hit and try to grab a foot or something. You are too valuable to get a fractured clavicle.

Is anybody else sick of hearing about Terrel Pryor? I could give two shits less about his attempt to come into the NFL and be a back up QB for his short lived career. The media is all over it.

My pick for the Superbowl:

Steelers Packers repeat with the Pitt taking it this time. Every other team is too young, too old, etc.

Arizona v. Pittsburgh (Arizona).

Agreed. One source reported that Dallas has interest. He will be another Tebow(at best); overly hyped and shouldnt be either in the NFL or a QB.

He will be nowhere close to Tebow.

Even though he lacks accuracy, Tim has an unbelievable work ethic and great character. Pryor has the exact opposite of both of those.

Thats why I hope Tebow succeeds in the NFL. I think thats why most people like him.

Yea I wish Tebow would get traded to a team that could simply be his, so we could see what he’s really capable of, send him to Miami.

Tebow is a passionate, dedicated individual, and even though his mechanics and accuracy are horrific, I still think it would be great to watch him win.

Huge Tim Tebow fan here also. I think he’ll be one of those Doug Flutie type athletes, physically (or mechanically I should say in Tebow’s case) below average but what he lacks in technique he makes up for with heart and perseverance.

Man,I really wanted the Browns to win today. Colt McCoy looked solid and I hope they do well this season. Newton blew it so im happy about that. Looks like AFC South is for taking! =D

I agree. The only thing I don’t like about him is that he thought he was going to automatically be the starter this year and started pouting when Orton was working with the first team. It’s only his second year, it’s not a bad thing to be the backup and learn more. Look at Rodgers.

The fact that he got drafted by a person whose no longer on the team is also really unfortunate. Josh McDaniels is the one who picked Tebow, and now that he’s no longer with the team, Tebow is a leftover from a previous regime.

You can tell that they don’t really know what to do with him. Make him the face of the franchise even though they didn’t pick him? or trade him away?

I wish he would just go to a team where he can be like Cam Newton, the obvious future of the franchise, no matter how he performs for the first couple years.

49ers VS. Raiders preseason game tonight which should be fun. Any Raiders fans in here? Feel like I haven’t seen any.

I think both squads are equally poor, and have a decent way to go to be playoff options.
