^ Well I do to, but I have no real solid evidence to prove that point other than the Boys are my team.

Chicago’s O-line does not look fixed. I believe they had 9 sacks? Webb is a poor player. Definitely their Achilles heel.

shoot. They did not look very good. But garza did well at center for not lining up there on 10 years, hes a pros pro, he will do fine. Carimi looked pretty good for his first live action, theyre already saying maybe he should be at LT, which maybe he should, but I think they should let this play out since its how they went with it. I dont want to say Webb is a poor player, he has potential but should not be a starter right now. As ive said before I trust Tice. Webb just needs to be more aggressive, time will tell, he wont be great but hopefully he will hold his own. Chris williams is a joke of a football player, i dont care how he looks when he plays. Lance Louis was shit at RG too, they may bring in Edwin Williams instead. ugh this team is killing me.
Corey Wootton is having surgery out 4-6 weeks, which sucks the kids got so much upside and was poised to have a good year then gets hurt on the opening kick of preseason. I feel bad for him, hopefully this will end his injuries.
This is kind of cool, I wonder if I called Favre if he would put me up for a few days. ![]()
^^in reference to the conversation above… Vince Young is a functioning (barely) idiot. He is not a smart person and is a total whack job. He has the maturity of a 7 year old.
He is no where near as good as Vick and we’ve all seen how many SuperBowls Vick has won as, arguably, the most athletic QB ever.
oh and did I mention that Vince Young sucks and i hate him? kthanx

My sister was a gymnast at UT during the years Vince was there, actually had him in a freshman class (when he showed up). She has always said he was probably the dumbest athlete she had ever met.
But he is not doing heart surgery, its football, he can Rain Man that shit. He is a good driver.
Ol’ #4 still has a pretty bright future if anyone wanted to hire him as a consultant. I don’t think he has the attention span to handle anything more than that, but if we started up his own camps for kids 14 and up I’d sign my son up in a hurry.
That is, if my son wanted to be a quarterback, of course.
I mean, I’m goona let him follow his own dream and if that means it doesn’t involve wearing a football helmet and going to Brett Favre’s qb camp then I suppose I’ll figure out a way to wrap my head around it. Why are you all putting pressure on me and my boy??? For fucks sake!
I digress…

I get unhappy when I do a CTRL+F for “Brett Favre” and it says anything other than “0/0” in the corner.

Its a shame yall are having trouble. Although I wouldnt like Cutler no matter what team he is on, he still is capable to taking a team to the playoffs. With Forte and then Barber for 3rd downs, the running game is solid. The receiving set could use an upgrade and the defense is still one of the best in the NFC. The O-line just needs realignment(and possibly a new O coach). And you are right, Webb is a talented player. He said it himself, he just doesnt have the drive and aggressiveness every game.

Looks like we got ourselves another Clay Matthews. I dont know what it is about long hair and white guys being hard asses but its a formula that works apparently.

JJ Watts has my haircut and he is a hard ass.
But I think they are all going for that Viking thing, must get them laid by cheerleaders or something.
I think all you NFC east fans are seriously underrating the Giants offensive weapons, the cowgirls and the iggles will have their hand full dealing with them. Nicks, Mannigham and Hixon will give headaches, and Bradshaw is one of the most underrated RBs in the NFL and forms a very good combo with big baby Jacobs. Also watch out for Travis Beckham, he showed me something last year and may surprise all of you guys. Oh and Eli even though is a doofus is just as good as Tom Brady, havent you heard
Seriously I like Eli he is perfect for NYC and a good QB…
Giants will win the division.
I like the Giants’ Manning.
The media are taking his quotes and spinning them around. I heard the interview on your am1050 station this afternoon. He didn’t bang his fist on the table and say “I’m as good as Brady, Bitches!!!”
He said he’s always striving to get better, be better, and lead his team like Tom Brady.
It was more of a nod to Brady’s success, I feel.
Bradshaw and Jacobs are a helluva lot of fun to watch, that’s for sure. Probably the most entertaining aspects of the NFC East right now are those two dudes.
Agreed, and FTR he didnt say he was better but just in the same league, and why would you want your QB to say anything else?

Exactly. What’s he supposed to say…
“Shucks fellas I’m just trying to do the best I can and not lose on purpose out there…”
Especially from a NY QB? C’mon. Sports radio drives me bonkers.
Oh yea? Well the 49ers signed Josh McCown! WHAT!
(I think that’s 100% confirmation that Harbaugh is trying to tank the season to win the “Suck for Luck” competition)
